So initial guidance was 20 working days, but obviously going to take longer due to demand, Wrongly they have the "public interest" caveat that gives them a get out of jail free card for everything.

It would be very interesting to understand when the last communication from the DHSC to ODX was

Has anyone seen confirmation from Innova, Orient Gene or Surescreen that their tests detect Omicron ?

Most likely when they popped around to the Innova office to get confirmation, the locals informed them that the mobile caravan that had stood on the site had moved on months ago.

Would be slightly embarrassing for the MHRA if they had ignored the FDA recall for Innova and now they are proven to not be up to the job.

Perhaps the lack of availability of LFT tests via the government website is due to the fact they have discovered they are not up to the job, but don't want to admit it, and as they said yesterday are urgently trying to secure hundreds of millions of LFTs.

Why would they be needing to urgently source hundreds of millions of tests when only weeks ago they told us they had 320M is stock ?

@Maximillian3: Its a concern that ODX have not chosen to make any communication about this, not via RNS or via Twitter, it would appear that the new communication strategy means not saying anything unless they are forced to.

Confirmation from Walbrook this morning that the UK-RTC agreement still covers the ABc-19 Semi-Q test, and ODX manufacturing commitment still stands

My understanding is that the ABC-19 trademark is owned by ABDX, and that ODX as a manufacturing partner of the UK-RTC doesn't have a stake in the IP but rather an agreement to make 25% of any tests.

Based on Donkey's silence regarding the Semi-Q test, I get the impression that this is outside the scope of the UK-RTC agreement.
