Lets just remember that ODX investors gave the Donkey £11M over 18months ago, a considerable proportion was earmarked for the development of new tests, including Hepatitis, now we have ADBX announcing they intend to address that market. So once more the Donkey has given up early market entry by incompetence and inactivity.

Yes I am being pedantic and It is clear that they abused their positions to make a wedge, but it was more about their action prior and post the sales than the sales themselves, that shows their true nature in my opinion.

The Directors selling may have led you to believe that it was an indication that the price would not move up anymore and therefore you decided to sell, well fair enough you made a wise decision. But the act of them selling didn't force you to sell, it was your belief that this was an indication of likely SP movement, would you be feeling better if they hadn't sold and therefore you kept your holding just to see it plunge as it as.

If you work on your logic the directors selling did you a massive favour in letting you know what the direction of travel was.

As i say the issue is not their sale, but the fact that the company continued to push the "transformational" narrative whilst they were doing so, so now in hindsight we look back and have to question what really went on and their morals !

I have no issue with the act of directors selling, do you expect them to just keep their holding for ever, you muppet !, the issue is were they purposely misleading the market in order to push the price up and whether they acted on inside information at that time, thats the issue here.

No one forced you to to anything, you assessed the situation, determined your belief and acted on it, as everyone else has done.

I have no issue with the directors selling (they are human), the issue i think most have is did the company mislead its investor base, either purposely or by pure incompetence, and again we all have to make up our own minds with that question and act accordingly.

Last time i checked they didn't " Deliver 2M tests per week in April" so somewhere along the line the facts don't represent what the BoD released .

I have asked ODX to disclose the actual last Longstop date from any extension of the DHSC contract, they have refused to do so.

I have submitted a FOI request (freedomofinformation@dhsc.gov.uk) to try and get that disclosure from their side.

If it does turn out that the long stop date was 1st October, then ODX have some serious questions to answer, as way after that they were still telling us they were is productive conversations with the DHSC and waiting to be told which test to manufacture.

ODX have never before or never since published any "production or delivery" figures, they have always before those two posts and since talked in terms of "capacity", their activities around that date were in my opinion diabolical, and i did raise it with the FCA in June.

Its still posted on their feed, February 16 and February 17, they clearly attempted to associate themselves "delivering" with the DHSC "sending" 400K tests per week.

We now know it was just untrue.

This statement on twitter in february, actually made twice was an out and out lie, at that point they knew they didn't even have the capacity to produce 2M tests a week, because they were still working on commissioning the DHSC equipment (The DHSC contract stated the end of May 2021 for a target date, and even after that they were "Still working towards 2M capacity"

This is the biggest provable untruth they have issued during this shambles, and the fact it came whilst the BoD were offloading their options in the background stinks !
