Now we here that for over a month prior to this statement, the contract had expired, there was no outstanding commitment and they weren't waiting for a test to manufacture.

I am literally in shock as to how corrupt or incompetent the ODX senior management are !!!

This should be exactly what we should be doing, it should be moved to the carpark and a big media push made of it sat in the rain awaiting Bugger Up to come and collect it, but unfortunately Donkey will just take it like a beaten puppy, the only ones paying the price are the ODX shareholders.

What exactly is the issue with ODX and approvals ?

The update i hade from Walbrook with regards the contract expire date (they will not release the actual date) was ...

From that i take it that they knew the contract had expired, and never disclosed to the market that fact, until the interims made them do so on the back of checking their legal stance.

The UK government have been responsible for the management (poorly) of the supply of LFT so not sure this does only refer to England Only.

If it does refer to England only and your 10M figure is anywhere near correct, then the 10.6M population's of Scotland, Wales and NI would have to be using 1.5 times the LFT tests that the 56M population of England are using.

The peak figures in Jan/February were all based on in school and return to College/University activities.

Like it or not the UK government have sourced enough stockpiles of cheap Chinese tests to see them through at least 2022 unless something dramatically changes in the usage rate.

Not sure where the 10m figure comes from, the most recent figures would suggest the number is around 4m per week, which is approx 18 months stock.

Unfortunately you are mistaken on this point, Wallbrook have confirmed that the exclusivity is mutual for professional use in Europe

It will be interesting if GDR do actually turn around their approval in 10 days as they said they hoped to

DAM has a exclusive use agreement with ODX for professional use, so "Finding new partners on the Continent" is not really an option.
