Simply the demand from the DHSC for repayment is requiring ODX to demonstrate they have used the prepayment amount on the contract, once ODX have documented this spend and forwarded this to the DHSC, ODX wont need to pay back at least anything they can demonstrate their expenditure on.

Donkey states a lot of things that he doesn't deliver on, Every TT we have knowledge on (whether Mologic with ODX, or AVACT and VATIC with ABDX) has taken months not weeks, Donkey is an idiot .

This an extremely important point when trying to put together what has gone on with the DHSC contract, as soon as Mologic failed PD, this basically added an additional six months onto any delivery times from ODX/GAD, so basically made the whole contract nonsense when the demand was here and now.

All the problems stem from this and whilst Donkey was happy to state they had no involvement in the Mologic validation, it sure as sh it had an involvement in the ODX transformational year

We know that Donkey has been unable to negotiate any manufacturing agreement with any of the third parties the DHSC directed to him, this has to be because of cost per unit, UK diagnostics are simply not able to compete with slave labour from china, without government backing.

The current global shortage will undoubtedly push up costs for new orders so the question is how far away have ODX been from being an option, you would have thought that the increase in global shipping costs would also be a benefit.

But again none of this makes any difference when our government continues to offer millions in contracts to companies based on who the know and not what they know.

EU approval has to be the number one priority in order to make anything out of Covid whatsoever, but they don't seem to have a grip on that either.

What the Idiot Peto conveniently forgets to say in his statement regarding wingeing UK diagnostics companies, is the fact that the tests the government are using today from his Chinese masters, and continuing to purchase more of didn't actually go through the CTDA approval process and were exempt from the process as they had already spent the uk tax payers money on the crap.
