Philtronic, you do know that expecting better performance or the company actually doing what they said they would do 'without humungous incentivisation' is a form of deramping on this board and you risking your place on the team here.

You best get back in line and accept the status quo because thats your best chance of becoming a millionaire and nothing can stop it if you just dont see anything negative for a little while longer!

The low ball options are easily explainable if you consider that SEE will probably double dilute the company again at 3p....that would then make the option price more difficult to acheive in the next 3-4 years, this also explains why PMG wanted his exit package sown up because he knows he will come under a bit of heat.

Ofcourse, some people on here will just refute this possibility completely but then we know theres some here with a different agenda just like some high profile bloggers.

Godstruth....i think you can hardly apply that little ditty to the SEE bod, the share options and bonuses give it away a little bit!

Happy New Year to all SEE holders...you might be in for a tough year, poor performance and huge placings are never easy to deal with but im sure their will be a number of diehards on this board who will come up with the perfect excuses on behalf of the bod....ala 2019.

Yes, i will 2nd that.....shareholders here have deserved the recent upturn in sp and its up to the company to deliver.....looks like they have a good chance.

I have always been a fan of tim and john but for me the jury is out at present....they simply must deliver something tangible soon or take serious internal action to protect us and the business going forward.

All to play for still so lets see....

Depends on how the market holds during the first 3 or 4 months of brexit but bmk are in a good position and best punt could be sxx...risky though i suppose.
