Patrick....i dont know why you think it is clear when it seems clear to me that they will fund raise again.

Thats why the bod have given pmg so many options at a very low exercise price...that could be one of the reasons when are seeing so much selling.

After the 55m raise 2 years ago, nobody here thought another raise would be need....they went ahead and diluted the company by half at 3p....would you honestly trust them not to do the same again...not an inch i would trust them.

If people here have the holdings they say they have then they should consolidate them and give themselves a voice...we know the big boys will be look after well before us!

I do agree that parker does not seem to be worth the money even although its small in comparison to the other 2...but ofcourse we dont know that for sure, we are judging him in bringing ii's in but how do we know that is what mitchell and reader wanted from him.

When i say irrelevant, ofcourse hes a cost that we could do without when we are just raising money via placings but i think the real relevance is how mitchell and reader are going to play it from here...to be honest, rather than calling for anyone to get the boot we need to get the message across at the agm or if anyone is mailing them that we are fed up with the poor comms, the snails pace, things going wrong etc and generally waiting around for years.....they need to take action now that changes the position of holders here, either one were dilution stops, cards come onto the table and we can decide if its worth staying....or they sell the lot and we presume we have a very sellable business i think!

I dont know why people are so hung up on parker, so he does not look as though he has added any value...hes in 50k a year and only been there 3 or so years.

The aurora deal and subsequent failure was nothing to do with him, chk1 was nothing to do with him and he was effectively appointed by mitchell and reader so if you have any angnst, aim it at them pair.

They are the ones who have been at the helm for 15 years and making decent salaries with good pensions, they are the ones who have been witholding any info if you think that and ultimately, they will be the ones who will decide our fate.

Are they going to take the easy road, sit on it andsow as much as they can for their retirement or are they going to put 15 hard years behind them and deliver something for shareholders...thats where the focus should be.

You might think parker should have done more and i would agree....but he is an irrelevance to our fate now so if your going to get all arsey at the agm...direct it at the other 2 imo.

Potnak....4m if we get it would not even touch the sides of funding a P1 for tyk2, you would be lucky if that much even funded the directors pay for the time it would take...it would have to a reasonable size in a lot of settings i think.

The 4m will be swallowed up immediately in the approval,registration and recruitment process for a phase one and we would be looking at enormous dilution going forward....this might be palatable at well over 1.5p but where we are now our holdings would be smashed along with the value....if things were to fall perfectly it might work but what are the chances.

The big problem is that it looks like they are not doing that and they pulled the wool over shareholders eyes last year and look like their doing the same now....either a lot of shareholders agree or so does some insti's.

If you happy to pat them on the back for making themselves multi millions then it your choice...dont cry if you end up skint because of it!

Yes, it should not be so hard to deliver and maybe he has a golden touch and will add a lot of extra value....then he will be worth the big money.

But the alternative is dodgy at best....awarding that volume of shares at these prices is crazy and should make all shareholders very suspicious of their true intentions.

This aint no back slapping game....this is about money and we are something that they would not think about treading on and twisting their shoe...so we should be aware of that.

Depends what happens with tyk2...if something breaks there then chk coming back would be good.

If theres a longer wait with tyk2 then milestone and chk moving forward quicker with srra/partners would be best imo.

Whichever way it goes i want the sar bod to make decisions based on pi's interests......sar have been going 15 or 16 years now and although i would say that tim and john have performed well, maybe even exceptionally well, they have done well out of the company also...time to wrap things up once and for all....either sizeable money comes in or if they can get decent offers sell the lot.

Theres loads of examples but all the clap happy crew were similar to the ones in gkp.....the sp is going to the moon, dont worry about the bod they are just waiting, everything will work out perfect etc etc.

Well....theres a penalty kick here waiting for shareholders, dont be surprised if its turned into a spectacular own goal.

Could not agree more and the fact that they have done that and their even recent past history with awards and placings should put every shareholder here on notice that they are not part of the team or the plan and they are not contributors to some fancy scheme to make the roads safer.

You have made a gamble here to make money, nothing more and nothing less and at the end of the day, thats how you are viewed by the bod.

How will pi's here feel if they double dilute to take the sp below 2p then we realise....ah, thats why his options are set so low....be careful of those who post scorn on it because the history is there fall all too see.....i know what i think happened at the end of last year!

A nasdaq listing would fo nothing for the company except cost about 10m...attract new investment and new ways of raising money...yeah right....the wrong kind im afraid.

If they were profit making at 50m a year and their was a clear longevity path then maybe.

Otherwise it will just be an excuse for the bod to raise more money and get involved with bondholders who will eventually screw shareholders.

Some sort of consolidation exercise will be done at srra and the sp will be over a dollar in a flash.

I too would rather we got to hell out of there but im not so sure ng will let things go that easy...hes stuffed his existing shareholders in the blink of an eye, im sure he does not mind doing over the cpf and sar if it allows....bad deal all round looks like now.

I wish the clock could be turned back 18 months fonzoo....12p a share, no sense of a humungous dilution coming and hell, even at that time no sense that the bod were about to award themselves huge....no make that mega free bonuses for past performance...well they could not really link it too future performance because they knew what was coming.

So here we are.....i wonder what the next 18 months hold, i would not bet against another double down on dilution and a number of free share awards and bonuses all round.

Its what see has become famous for....work with see and get lots of freebies.

I dont think you will be able to find much ramping from me although i can come up with the odd hint of positivity when prompted.

Nobody can deny it...fleet is a failure and they could not sell it, terrible decision because it has just drank money and resources and diluted shareholders to high heaven.......how they can reward themselves they way they have and did last year is just disgusting.

But the crowd keeps clapping....lets see how things go at the next huge placing, if it comes and they will need it for salaries and bonuses then you might realise that you will never make big money here...you will be fighting to exit at 6.1p!

SEE do all the ground work and spend all the money on aviation and smarteye come along and take all the contracts...

Things are never what they seem and thats why the bod and senior management at SEE are grabbing what they can while the going is good....i think some people know that already.

Smarteye certainly seem to be a lot more user friendly than see....consistent bod and senior management with good contacts etc.

See on the other hand seem to be an obstructive/difficult company, constantly hiding and changing their snr management...its little wonder jack and mike left without saying too much.
