Hmm....there is no Aim regulation in my book, yes i know there is 'stuff' written on paper which the regulators would argue gives it credence but the big boys can skirt around it with their eyes closed.

If you were to complain to the lse they would refer you to the fca who might make a note of it but would probably refer you to the sfo who will reply to you in 3 months to say they cant see anything wrong and as none of the big boys have complained it must be ok....their too busy anyway chasing the bigger fish who **** of the big boys, round and round it goes and the city boys make fortunes...job done.

SEE cant afford to be choosy and nobody can afford to disregard a market of that size....so thats the answer, they are not getting the interest.

I can't believe he said 16k trucks in that interview...he could almost have said the same 2 years ago.

Im going to bite the bullet here and suggest that its likely those attending will like what they see or maybe even be impressed...are any of the attendee's much on twitter?

We hope that afc will announce things as approriate but it would be nice if a shareholder could do a little tweet or 2 that could be bounced around, you never know about something falling into the right hands...sustainability is such a hot topic these days and those at the top like a bit of good publicity!

Some mm's might have an inventory of 5m afc shares and others 50 million.

I think market size is determined by sp value and rolling history of trading activity.

Market makers hold a big inventory of shares that they choose to trade in....the market size is variable but it is usually what they will defo offer a price on that amount unless there is unprecedented trading in that stick....is how i have understood it:)

Parkers role does not interest me anymore other than the fact he is a cost that we dont need.

On the .65 placing when the sp was .85 i think that said enough for what we needed to know...the fact that he could not get 800k away without giving an enormous discount to a strange 3rd party told me that he does not have much in the way of clout within the investment community so he is hardly likely to deliver anything of value our way.

Hi potnak, no i would not take 1p but i would take 2p now. This is a big change for me and from recent years where i hoped we would get 5-10p or over...in 2012 we thought we would get 10p with less than 1b shares in issue, now we have 3.3b in issue and 10p looks a pipe dream....especially if we do deals like srra....the way things have gone and are going, we could be looking at 5 years for chk1, how long do you think for tyk2.....and thats if they make it...is our sp going to be .15 then with 4-5b shares in issue and 2p being the new pipe dream...thats the way its going.

You say a low offer for sale but i hardly think we are going to get a massive lisc deal if a sale offer was so low and we will still be subject to risk and a lot more possible dilution with a timescale which seems never ending.

Its time for the BOD to man up, get the best deal that they can....and let people who are in a good position too drive this foward.

One thing thats not mentioned much here...if srra dont find a quick way forward but we have a potent drug.....what happens to those people who need it.

Enough now...we have been through the fire too many times and for too long.

The bod need to focus on sale....if thats for all, half or for half of half, now is the time....with new milestone for chk1 now we are probably waiting another 2 to 3 years and a risk.

Funding it ourselves with cpf, if we had big milestones for tyk2 fair enough buy not for me without.

Package it up, sell it and pass the baton over to those with real money to progress...thats our and the products best chance.

At the time of the srra deal i did think they are not that big but crt said they were the right fit because so it did not bother me at all....but looking at it now....total mess and bad position for us to be in.

Don't get me wrong, this is big business and these things happen...not all for the pureist of reasons either but the sar bod need to get our house back in order.

Be nice if it did bound through the year high and surely deserves too...i could not top up unless i sold something so will refrain for now, common sense being the better part of valour but nice to see some positivity all round.

Suspect we will never know chippy if your letter did anything but it was perfect timing and hopefully the company are singing from the same page now.

Interesting.....your right to an extent i think luton, as sar is very much the junior partner then it will be crt's shout and thats the way it is.

But bearing in mind that sar and crt must have a great relationship in the first place and i would hope sar will be trying to influence things...then i would think that crt will take our situation into account.

Either that or like i said earlier, sar have an alternative plan in place whereby it wont matter so much.

I get that crt's primary interest is making progress with the drug but they have to think of the business implications also.

Sar best come up with something pretty good because its not acceptable for us to be diluted out of high heaven because srra changed tack and the cpf should have made sure this was not possible.

Since the srra deal was signed, we have been diluted by a good % despite the original payments being made, If our milestones get renegotiated and we face big dilution i fancy a visit to sar hq then onto newcastle will be in order.
