As the post below states, if see were that good why is the sp at 4p and why do the keep raising shedloads of money?

On aim the rule is that you should not buy within 30 days of news that will result in a major rise of an sp although i would think to provide funding might be different.

Regardless....it is fantastic news that he has bought that amount in that way, love him to do it again next month also!

I think the hnwi and the funds have called this totally wrong as the company are useless and obviously dont have any idea what market they are trying to target or respond too.

I think thats fair comments thoth and is the angle i would approach the bod with.

When i first invested in sar we had about 600m shares in issue, now we have 5 times that and with a low sp and more regular placings will just acenuate it.

Lets be fair, we are an aim company and thats how they get by so i dont want to be overly critical but its time for the bod to really corcern themselves with how its playing out for us, when the end game is and what its going too look like.

Im sure any meeting would be corporate speak but im also sure something good would come out of it like salary swap for shares.

They took salary deductions before for a long time and i think tim and john are fairly shareholder friendly.....they managed to terminate the YA agreement early probably realising how much that hit us so if they were willing to relent on something then that could save us a fair bit in the long run.

Lets hope common sense prevails in all sides.

You would think that with the original application being 2013 and the appeal hearing done it would get some sort of priority status.

Well done that man....i dont care if it goes up 10% or 300%, if we secure that patent the mm's wont see a single share from me.

Fadec, have you seen appealed patents before...have you any guesses at a possible timeline?

Was the appeal hearing march 7 then...is this a completly new submission?

He is but it would be ironic if it was us and the company forgot to tell us.

I dont know how many times info has been found by this board and the company tells it way later if at all....but im used to it these days and immune to getting the hump about it!

Hi stoney, everything you say there is correct except that the appeal was in early april or may i think so i was hoping that around now we would have heard that it had been granted.

I get the point that thoth made re skill but i think we would all rather that this patent was awarded directly......about 2 or 3 years ago thoth uncovered the original submission doc that reader put forward clearly in Sareums view why both were distinct and seperate from each other and it was a great read.

Im hoping we can get this over the line...the just might be the catalyst that our bod are waiting for!
