Does anybody on this board not think that there will not be share options again next year and the year after that etc etc....in the last few years the bod has diluted the company by about 10% in shares and options, then dilute when raising cash then they will dilute with huge options next year...i would bet a lot of money in that because any operational progress will give them the opportunity and they will take it big time....they are very very generous to themselves at a time they are not profitable...can you imagine what it will be like when they are.

In the best scenario, this will cost pi a lot of money in the worst could be the nail in the coffin!

Dont underestimate the dangers.

Im not saying we tell them how to run to the company, not a bit of it.

Im saying that pi's should formulate a voice and give themselves some clout....most of the regular posters on this board have been here over 3 years some quite a bit longer....the same group are likely to be here another 3-5 years, again some longer.

Pi's are at the bottom of the rung in everything so if you have a chance to gather a voice, why not take it....if they knew they were going to be challenged then maybe they would not give away mega amounts of free bonus shares or maybe performance shares could be set under different criteria.

I would not dispute any of that and i believe it also but there are there is looking after shareholders and there is looking after one's self and it all seems to be in one direction for me and its not like they want to get a little bit either.

No harm in some pressure applied the right way...especially if a lot of pi's have a fair bit of their disposable wealth invested here.

Gkp is one of the greatest oil finds ever, sxx one of the best chemical finds ever....hell, val have almost found a cure for cancer and they all have ine common denominator....PI's more or less wiped out!

Theres some smart pi's out there and theres some smart people who claim to be pi's....where there's big money involved and all that.

And with them dishing out free shares and options like confetti....well, lets just say pi's might have a bit of clout!

Yes, would go along with that view......although not huge money its a decent buy considering and who is to say he might not have another.

Or, who is next from the bod?

Instead of posting links to coffee cup holders...the pi's on this board should take these holdings seriously, get to 10% and formalise the group...then write to the bod saying we represent over 10% of the free float and we are interested to help the company in anyway possible.

You bet they wont want anything from you but they wont want to pess you off either!

I would guess that the asset manager is the vehicle for some people who decided that they would be better storing the shares in nominee accounts within the bank of new york...the asset manager might even work for bony.

I dont think they have been sold but you never know but that type of volume has not been bought on the market by pi's and i dont think the mms would be taking them.

We just need to hope that whoever/wherever done it because theres lots of money to be made...then we might have a chance!

Nice one chippy, im itching to buy some more but it means selling something and im on a loss in them already...decisions decisions, my last top up came out of a disaster and its worked out ok so the next couple of weeks might be tempting.

I keep hoping something booms and i can put more here but would be happy if this just boomed!

There wont be a placing, might be a small drawdown but it wont be for much i dont think.

Got a feeling AB and denora have other plans and any money from Oz should put paid to that anyway.

So a good chance no cash raising in whatever format needed.

This has sure given the brian boxes some food for thought!

Last year we seen some methodology patents denora had submited around using afc tech so if the new membrane is disuptive tech, can it be patented and if so, could it be a dual patent or who would be the owner?

When adam spoke about denora and electrolysis you could be forgiven for thinking that we might be generating revenue from there sooner than we think?

Although its taken ages and maybe we should not hope too much, i feel quite upbeat about the chances of some news on southern very soon...i dont see them walking away and im sort of hoping that afc have held back any progress because not material so maybe there is something coming soonish....the market are not taking that into account just now i dont think ad its been so long anf its like having the chance of a big bonus for us.......in fact, it gives things more credence if both parties have stuck with it, lets hope so, no reason why not.

As usual, bond came across very well. He must be great to interview because he is totally at ease and has great vocabulary skills, i would day that if the products are good then he will sell them.

No mention of southern so i guess that was planned...so was it because things have stalled or are we very close to the main order...that sure would kick things along nicely!

I dont think 10p today but i would hope she has some steam for the rest of the week to go through easily...and thats with no more news.

Potential looks amazing but we know, looks can be deceiving so we will have to enjoy the rises and take the dips on the chin...i would not dare try and be cute to trade, this one has all the hallmarks of leaving you in the cold house if you try to be clever.

Meaning....i still think something extrordinary could happen at anytime and my money is on Oz!

I dont think it will all be dilution because if it were it would have been done by now.

This deal with be more complex but good news for existing holders because the bod are trying to preserve some value and a chance to get back.

Overall a buy at this level i think.
