Hi RMM....yes good write up and i think you captured the meeting well.

Although i agree in essence re your comments on the tyk2 patent, for me it will still be a major milestone to get it in the bag.

It was nice to see them deffering some salary and i tried to press them on converting to shares which is when harper mentioned about the tax implication in doing so.

It does sound like they are reviewing other possible finance routes but to be honest, this is what i would like to pin them down on if we could apply more pressure in that way.

I know its a tough ask because everyone deserves their pay regardless and this situation is not of their doing but we have risked our hard earned money and are taking the pain so im hoping they will go further with that also...especially in the absence of money generating or SP enhancing news in the next 6 months......another placing at 1p would not be so bad if the news was very good but no money for a while but another placing at very low to extend a risky runway does not fill me with joy.

Hopefully, good news will come in the new year but i do think we should act in unison with the power of email nearer that time if theres not a material change.

Things can change in a minute and i would think that there is a nice surprise in store for us but if thats longer than expected....lets see the bod support us a bit more, that would align them more with us also i believe re timescales and end game.

Hi potnak, when i said we have to give them time to manage it through, i meant 6 months or so.

Thats only my point of view but to put it simply, we need to see the data of chk1 or srra striking a deal and how that works for us.

And secondly, we need to see some data from tyk2, delivery of the patent and the colour of any deal.

However, make no mistake...unless there is some serious progress on at least one of these fronts by may/june then every shareholder in sar should start getting twitchy in my view because the bod will have to make some serious changes very quickly.

As i say, thats my view only but probably the main reason i attended today so i could judge it for myself....theres some critical stuff coming in the next few months so lets hope it goes in our favour.

Hi fadec...i really think that question is 50/50 because they would not be drawn on it completely.....i tried to press reader on it but basically he said it is ofcourse important but might not stop anything, its a question of wait and see.

Hi happy, yes it is positive and hopefully that can advance further which we asked them about and is something they are look at seriously.

Sorry there is not much detail but i dont think we can be...the status is what it is but there is a lot to be positive about also.

Maybe the other guys will highlight a few other bit and pieces from it but that was my take especially after chatting to some of the non execs after...sit tight and let them get on with managing it.

Just got back from agm...would like to say thanks to krone, thoth, elegona and my mate mr colin...enjoyed a few beers after.

Not much talk on aurora, very much on back burner.

Chk1 is more or less what was stated in rns although i think they are putting pressure on where they can.

Tyk2 is where its at for us otherwise. They cant release lupus data before given the go ahead by us army because they funded it...but the data might be good. US patent still and issue but reader is hopeful and they still say that parties are interested....all hopeful there but who knows.

Some good questions asked and answers where fairly forthright in the main...they are intending to defer some salaries to preserve cash and they are looking at converting them into shares dependant on the tax situation.

Overall a positive agm and i thought they were asked some good questions which they answered ok...my view is that we are in a bit of a stalemate just now but the bod are working hard to get the moving as best they can but their hands are a little tied.

Not quite what we want or need but we might just be a break away from something positive happening.

I think hold tight is the message and let then get on with it.

That said, they need some material progress soon or some of us are going to get a bit arsey...me included for sure.

Batten down the hatches folks and let them do their jobs.

What i was trying to say...voting against resolutions can be a protest to a bod or a challenge but you cant really vote against them if its a threat to the companys survival and sar have to gain the approval wether they use it or not...lets hope no need:)
