Thats certainly not correct fadec....the nimbus deal with done pre clinical....a deal can be done at anytime if the purchaser is that interested and the nimbus was a big one at that.

I did say in my first post 'when tyk2 is ready' meaning that all the info on tyk2 is very positive up until now and the fact that a deal has not been done indicates that we are holding out or a purchaser wants more....whatever the case may be....however way we dress it up i think the company needs to get the best deal for shareholders now and i think a sale would be the best way of acheiving that.....i think that would have been the best way 3 years ago but its easy with hindsight.

Potnak....are you saying that the company has been deceiving and fluffing up the rns's because for the last 3 year thats supposed to have been the reason that a deal for tyk2 has not been struck...that they were holding out for a bigger upfront....that they were taking it to a point where they could command the big up front.

That being the case, are you saying that with sp of 0.3 now you would not like a bid 10 times that and would rather hold out for a few years for something over 10p with massive risk still on the company?

Well, i would not be happy with 1p although i would be quite happy for a 1.5p special divi for giving away tyk2 while retaining further milestone and royalities possibilities with it and chances with our others.

I would love anything above 5p and a good job done by all but if it came down to a 3p sale or a deal that gave something like 10m up front with bigger back end....similar to the srra deal then 3p everytime for me.

There comes a point where the dreaming has to stop and we have to consider timescale and risk...and there is a big risk that in 5 years we could be sitting with exactly the same sp as we have now and our survival based on the next data read out.

Its high time that the bod made some hard decisions.

2 things...although they are funded for another year...good news. If nothing major happens they will have to raise in 6 months so they should still be reducing further now and its deplorable that they are not....imho!

Talk of big deals is nice and if we could get one that pays a special divi then that would be great but failing that this company should be sold to the highest bidder a soon as tyk2 is ready!

They have had a 15 year crack on this and except for one and maybe two big uplifts in the sp then its mainly been hard going with things taken a while to get moving.

Its time now for the bod to bring this too a conclusion and hopefully a successful one and get it sold....make some money for gods sake.

The buyer will be in a much better position to fast track and finance these products...unlike srra!

Yes....i would think that they might have links to humbec or maybe an ex member of the team there now works for a pharma and has convinced them that its worth pursuing.

Its been stagnant for 2 years....so lets face it, anything is a bonus, 50k is nothing but at least its being developed again.

I will take it....50k is better than nothing and i had classed it as a dead duck, it might still generate some decent revenue down the road...better than nothing.

It still does not take away the fact that i hope they suspend salaries soon enough...in the absence of other news....its no brainer at this stage.

It does not matter to me thats theres 5 of them.....this last year has been grim.

We are in a situation now whereby none of them should be drawing a salary and i await the rns confirming.

Its not beyond the realms of possibility that they could pull a rabbit out the hat but its highly highly unlikely given what we know....theres a big monkey on our backs and its always been there...cash, the monkey is very tired now so needs a bit of help to take a nice nap for a while.

Times are rough just now but if we can get a bit of good news re the cash situation and some positive data to boot then we will be ok come the summer....lets see but im still hopeful.

Yes, it is a bit concerning that we have not heard a dicky bird since the agm.

The statement made that day was hard reading and to walk into an agm where the statement caused a 30% drop could not have felt good.

So on the day they announced a 30% salary deferal....if we dont have decent/value enhancing news on the progress of the compounds then its imperative that the bod inform the market that the salary deferal has been increased to a point where operational costs are very minimal on a monthly basis.

The road is rocky, its been rocky for some time...we need to see the colour of the bod's support and the time is now!

The agm statement was a horror show and its been mainly downhill for the last 3 years.

Get on the case and deliver your shareholders some decent news bod and if you have not got any at least do the honourable thing and slash the overhead to increase the run away.

Its quite simple, cut the numbers or cut the cash burn but do something and make it look like you are at giving it a go......sheesh:)

Yes aber you have the right....i think all holders here do.

The vast majority of posters have been here over 5 year, most around 10 and some over 12 and we have had the tough times, especially during the YA era....well it was for me:).

In some ways its just as tough now because it seems we are in a bit of limbo with big dark clouds hanging over is.

Nothing of any positivity is coming from the company and its a bit worrying because they must have some idea with whats happening by now....i hope they are not planning a bundled up interim because it wont wash.

The agm statement was pure pants....so if they dont have any positive movement to report, i will have expected them to sort out the tax issue (clarification) and issue a statement to confirm that salaries (100%) will be converted at the prevailing mid each month.

The bod need to man up and come to the table with a compromise for shareholders...they have been well paid and will have big pensions too look forward too after 15 years of sar.

So lets see the colour of your commitment reader and mitchell....its time to stop hiding behind the 'nothing to report' agenda.
