Disregarding a deal for tyk2 too for a minute then yes, we have 2 really good chances of cash coming in and if it works in our favour then we could been sitting nicely in a couple of months....im just thinking aloud that the bod have taken one step with the deferral and we have them on board with it, why not press for more if we can get it...agm only 5.5 months away but could be a huge time for us.

Maybe we can be celebrating big time before then and that share settlement meant more than what it looks.

Utah....the shares they have been given are in leiu of 33% of their salary from 17th dec to 30th june and the amount also covered is the settlement of the tax liability due under that arrangement...its spot on.

So, thats the past done and from 1st july the salary deferral continues...so my next thought would be that if no cash comes into the business by the next agm...the salary deferral should continue and be increased to at least 50% with a firm commitment to convert....and on a monthly basis at prevailing mid....i think thats fair and would concentrate the minds a bit.

Utah, there was never any prospect of salary sacrafice.

I was at the agm and i think we pushed them into deferral and we tried to push them into conversion also but they would not commit in that meeting.

They have now at a decent exercise price so it preserves cash and extends the runway.

Believe me, im fed up with this runway as much as the next person but this is the best way of doing it and hopefully a sign of good things to come.

Your right there krone....im really ****ed at how the business has got into this situation although i would say that i dont think our bod are at much fault. Its the way it goes sometimes where srra are jockeying, problems with the tyk2 patent and even the stupidity of not being allowed to release the tky2 studies.

At least we have a deal of sorts for aurora now too and things could come together quite quick so im very hopeful even if a little battered around:)

I hope your right on that BB but surely we wont agree anything that does not include a decent milestone coming our way.....maybe it will suit the bod's pension plans to roll the milestones on a few years but that would be bull for us and a bloody insult...you can cut off your nose to spite your face sometimes but who wants to be a pawn in someone else's game forever!

I know them well and they are linked with ohl and ferrovial, they did buy a big chunk of the ohl business a few years ago.

My mate worked for hyundia in qatar on a jv with them a few years ago and he is in dubal (dubai water) now where they ran the water lines to expo from.

Diluting the company by say 25% and starting clinical trials with 2m in your back pocket is just laughable...sure if they pick up 4m from srra, a couple of million from aurora and could dilute at 5-10% then it might be worth it but i would still have big reservations....sar dont have the capacity to go it alone like that and would have to hire a lot of 3rd party help which would cost serious money....it would be crazy to start a p1 without the funds to finish it and could put us in a very perilous state.

Anyway, with the sri work behind us and the testing done with the us army and china, i would be very concerned if we cannot get a deal at the end of pre-clin given that its a hot space....sar do preserve money quite well but placings have diluted the company 5 fivefold since i invested.

Its high time they move the company forward with deals and not dilution.

Ahfam....i know your not joking about that but imo it would be a pure and utter disaster for the company to try and raise money at that level to advance tyk2 a little bit further....we do not need further dilution and if tyk2 cant get a deal at the end of pre clin then its bad form all round....we have been diluted badly in the last 5 years, if they cant get a good deal they should sell it.

I think you are spot on rm...china could be the direction that we are now focusing on more and hopefully it pays off soon.

I must say im really surprised that nothing has come from sar lately, even if just a holding update ...what that might mean is anyones guess but news due on a lot of fronts so lets hope its good when it comes...no, make that great!

Not read the posts but im sure someone will have said...the fact that srra have said little about 737 is probably a positive if its a deal out of that route we want.

To be honest it probably is what i would like because it would be a smoother and quicker path for the compound so bring it on...

Wholeheartedly agree with that aber...no more placings at any cost....and i do mean any cost!

If bod believe that no revenue will come in during the next 6 months then salaries should be halted now.

If revenue does come they can plan development on the back dependant on amount or until they get a deal....or they sell the whole lot.

Raising money at this stage would be a complete joke whether its this sp or lower.

The bod need to perform or pack it in....one way or the other:)

Nice bit of research there stoney, ofcourse it pure conjecture but its a bit of left field like this im hoping for....a week ago remesdivir was rubbish and now it could be great, one thing is for sure it will be pushed by the usa and they have a lot of clout as we know.

To the layman..trying to interpret the data is too difficult and it seems like its not that good...50% benefit does not seems like its setting the world in fire but if everything else only has a 25% benefit then its a worldbeater.

I would put my money on frazier investing for chk1...could be nice timing and they will be in the know so makes sense for me.

I would not put anything past ng though, seems like he will try every trick in the book to get what he wants and hes playing hardball for sure but i dont think cruk/sar are in the mood to be turned over....time is running out and big agreements will have to be made pretty soon.

Will it work out in our favour...i would think so.
