Im hopeful we can get a good chunk trying to find a cure...a deal might be better but you never know, if the right kind of progress was made, maybe a grant would do just fine for starters:)

It is a win win....the thing for me is im hoping we can hit the perfect storm here with news on chk1 due anytime, maybe some form of leak out of china for flt3 and a deal or grant for tyk2...very exciting times and we have waited a long time for it.

I paid 0.29 and then 2.2, 1.8, 1.5, 0.9, 0.8, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5, 0.4, 0.3 but my biggest buy was the saviour at 0.2 which means im about level now at 0.75 or thereabouts.

So an afternoon rally to get back in profit would be nice but it dont matter that much because i will probably be holding the same shares in 2030...could do with a better 10 years though if im lucky!

Theres no doubt we are in a good position with chk1 also coming to a head so with a fair wind we can see little old sareum climb the billboard...the next 2-3 weeks are important for us and i dont rule anything out even a takeover although that might be stretching things a bit.

I dont think this will be anything to do with Sar and the icr agreement....that contract would already have a dispute country identified.

Ironically, that might be to do with defending themselves against existing or former shareholders....a lot of investments made 10 years ago before us....then in the 3 years since us have been wiped out nearly needing a huge turnaround by srra to even get back to level.

Its pfizer i would like to see with tyk2...that retweet on thursday said to me that there a whole in what they have and tyk2 fits it...they said it themselves 'with other' and if theres one company that knows our tyk2 its them.

Baton, someone was definitely close to agreeing a deal and tim mitchell alluded to it a number of times but for some reason it never happened.

Many have thought that is why the bod have went into cautious mode re statements etc and they seem to have remained there.

I thought and so did most of the board that it was azn and suspect that they wanted a big slice for small money....so if that the case then sar were quite right to refuse although when you put the 8 years on and the dilution time will tell but it wont have worked for all.

I followed azn for a bit after and they did not impress me with their moaning about what a hard market they are in etc etc...oh really, what a business thats sure to make billions a year profit!

Exit strategies dont come around much but again i hope its really on the bods mind now....2-3 years ago i thought we where in a sweet spot and the bod should have been looking for a buyer and then see what happens...problems, with aurora, srra, patents, tyk2 taking longer and covid.

Its harsh to say but maybe covid will help us, maybe we will get in a sweet spot again and if so i hope the bod will seize a good opportunity to exit.

Yes, this ugly duckling caused a fair few ripples back in 11 or 12 and i have never forgiven azn for not making a deal....even though we dont really know if it was them!

10 out of 10 and we really thought it was the one, i was surprised by the humbec deal but can see why the did....the size of the market and we retained the rights for everywhere else.

Now, can they get the formulation sorted...well its a listed company and if they have government backing you would say so....its 9 months to milestone but if this works we could be hearing some good news a lot sooner.

Im backing them to do it.

Im now convinced this deal is for covid 19 which is fabulous news considering it was being shelved.

We got a small payment, we could get a bigger payment and maybe we will get royalties sooner than we think.

The chinese like to use their own stuff and they will get this into trial in a jiffy and they can get the right dose.

At the very least i think they will sort out the formulation issue for us so if it does not make the covid hit list then at least the development will have been enhanced and we will have a potent product on our hands again.

I was happy with the deal at the time because it was shelved...the small up front tempered it a bit but its quite exciting now to have something in play that could yield very quick results.

I certainly would not rule out the chinese connection...even though they struggled with the formulation issue, hmbec would have a great knowledge of aurora and the timing of the deal is a big coincidence, especially when at the agm there was not a peep about any future development...could be a good call and when we find out who...a nice surprise.

How good would it be if we bagged 2 deals for covid and with the other stuff to come.....maybe gilead showing their hand!

No way chesh, that deal was only penned a week ago..sar have tweeted it to highlight that collaborations are being done.

More interesting is the pfizer retweet, it could be that sar have submitted something to them or they have approached sar...they know all about our tyk2.

Then again, we could be getting well ahead of ourselves ofcourse....they know a lot better than us if they have something that could be effective and what would have to be done via the regulatory path so if its possible then we should be going all out for it and i hope they have made an approach to pfizer.....mind you, it would be even nicer if they approached us:)

As a bod they are very cautious with their releases and sometimes there is too many months in between.

I get it, most of us do by now but in these troubled times were are grateful for any morsel we can get and i hope the bod have something to steady the ship....while accepting that if there's no news of anything significant going on i'm sure they could come up with some steadying news before the next major piece....after all, it takes srra a long time in finding a partner and the trial seem to ve getting extended more and more and we have lost some ground with tyk2 in the last year so a little imagination is required:)

Why would novacyt abandon their other customers for a country that are not interested in testing and a government who continually lie to the public.
