He meant finding some other clever Doctors with no business acumen ( ie most clinicians) setting up a company on AIM using other people's money (definitely not your own, far too risky) and then making endless promises whilst ruthlessly destroying value ensuring that he and the other Doctor's draw large completely unwarranted salaries.

The BOD clearly didn't anticipate the relentless fall in the SP because they seem in denial of how they are perceived by many PI's.

As someone said earlier, this is what happens when clinicians are given a Company to run. It usually goes wrong!

No wonder the NHS is potless.

My gripe is with the Company not its loyal shareholders who have been badly let down by DSM & the BOD....IMO.

Because there's no passion, no belief, no interest and no money(except for bloated remuneration packages of course)

This is a truly terrible share.

We have heard nothing this year from the BOD about any progress or, more likely, delays to the much trumpeted arrangements with the Chinese.It's unfortunate, but very much in line with the black cloud permanently hanging over the Company's head, that international relations with the Chinese are deteriorating largely due to the tariff war between them and the USA.

I wonder how fruitflow will be made available when this Company ceases to exist? For the avoidance of doubt, these comments are very much my own thoughts and IMO only.

Not until they stop fundraising. The accounts make it clear that more money will need to be raised until the Company is profitable.

No still here and "invested". Hopefully, this will come good but I have NO faith in the BOD. Not worth selling so I have become a LTH by default!

I think you will concur with me, Alf, that Provexis rarely ever gives us good news. We normally hear of delays or failures.Some things just get lost in the ether.

I was standing in a smallish branch of Boots today waiting to be served and I noticed several pills for heart health but not Fruitflow. The marketing by DSM has been a total failure. Awareness is extremely poor. Ask your Doctor or better still a Cardiologist.If you really want to be depressed, ask the BHF!

Wrong. Moon realised that he was holding a poisoned chaiice. He had the right idea. He sold out for 7p then frightened us half to death by saying that the Company would go under if we didn't back the SiS deal.The rest is history.That tradition of stitching us up is continued by a greedy BOD showing NIL enthusiasm and keeping us permanently in the dark.

By what measure do you judge this share to be a "winner"? You must have a worse portfolio than me! The product is brilliant but EVERYTHING else is a total unmitigated disaster.

I hold in the fervent hope that DSM or somebody else will eventually buy out the IP and chuck Provexis and the BOD down the toilet.It will be a cathartic moment for me.

Pity the licence wasn't agreed with a Company with some cash then isn't it? We had a payment of US$2m in Jan2017 and nothing since.What happened to the refund of £200,000 mentioned at the same time?

Just another small bio which exists to make the BOD rich and everybody else poor.

It's just that I hate, loathe and despise everything about this pile of crap and regard buying(investing) in this Company as the worse financial decision I ever made. That decision has caused me stress, anger and disbelief in equal measures. Not to mention thousands of pounds down the toilet as incompetents get rich at mine and others expense.

I'm going to stick here in the hope that I recover some of my losses. Then I won't be seen for dust and I suspect neither will 99.9% of the lifers!

From a purely human inter-active view point, how would you feel towards PI's if you were the BOD and George in particular?

Rightly or wrongly, he's had a lot of stick on here and I bet his in-box is almost on fire!

He seems like a tetchy irritable sort of man anyway and any goodwill towards PI's must now be non- existant.

As I said previously, I think there is an element of vindictiveness in this deal.
