Bella, the more you post about your conversations with IF, the more I'm convinced that he is a disaster and totally unsuited to this role. Perhaps someone with more experience and flair might have had more influence and impact. I too cancelled my regular subscription with Provexis for a short time when I obtained my supplies elsewhere. This went unnoticed without any follow up and so confirms the disdain this company shows for its customers; many of whom, if not most, are shareholders. I think it would have been better for us all if new management had been in place several years ago.

So basically, the boring Accountant living on the other side of the world is not the man for the job. I never would have guessed! Why am I thinking about the Harry Enfield Dragons Den sketch!

The SP is merde and to suggest otherwise is delusional. The market seems to concur with Goggins and I assume the recent posters are now trapped for years. The Company has failed to recover from the mess it got itself into.

Alf, It's my opinion based on being a very long term holder. if you don't like it, put me on ignore.

What rubbish you post Wheelds! You are in denial.
Nobody is buying into this company and the trading update is, based on past updates, likely to be a very damp squib.
It is more likely that there are hundreds of PI's holding millions of shares desperately waiting for some improvement in the SP so that they can get out and put this debacle behind them. Any rise will be sold into relentlessly and made worse by potential dilution to pay the wage bill. I don't see this share ever being worth more than 1p maximum.

Not at all Alf. Fruitflow is a great product but unfortunately in the wrong hands. This more or less confirmed by Bella.

From my many years holding this share, I think that he BOD have very little knowledge of all the minor niche players identified by Gixer over the last 10 years. It would be difficult to imagine how a spin could be put on the situation and, if so, no one else seems to have to noticed if the SP and activity is anything to go by! I doubt whether some of the other investors sucked in during previous placings will share the optimism.

Have a look at the holdings. They are very modest.

You'd have to fly to Australia where the FD or whatever he is now is allegedly resident although you're more likely to find Jeremy Corbyn at a Bar mitzvah then find the answer to IF's domicile! Of course, it's easy for a ship to be tight if there is absolutely nothing to leak!

I did not attend the AGM so some may say "bloody keyboard warrior" but it seems to me that the people who attended have simply rolled over and been dominated by scientists and others with posh accents. Judging by the standards of the written English on this BB, you lot were simply out of your depth and the BOD were probably patronising you. Perhaps if a really angry,educated and articulate person had attended, then the pompous fool who has ruined this company might have been given a rough time. How on earth could an AGM for this disaster have resulted in a single smile? The gravy train rolls on and on.

It's sad to see that none of those dots ever did join up and now you have confirmed that that the useless FD is non-resident. , something I was never able to confirm as it seemed to be a secret know only to a few. You have also said that he is not up to the job (although that is pretty obvious) I wish Ford & Buck would resign and let someone else have a go at running this company. It won't happen as being paid well and achieving little is a way of life for many CEO's on AIM.

Marmited, you're not by any chance a member of Jeremy Corbyn's treasury team are you? Last time I looked, Valirx was a private company desperately scratching around to find enough money to keep going. There is no taxpayer subsidy. Money is raised by issuing shares against a placing. People(like us) pay money to fund the placing. Ergo, the money paid to the BOD comes from working capital provided by mugs like us. More galling is the lack of contrition and a loss of a key player at a critical time. I believe the amount taken from the WC is in the order of £3000 pw or twice that for a couple. For the record, I don't give two hoots about the happy event. Why should I? I don't know the women. I simply hope that mother & child are doing well which is more than be said for the company.

If this is all about January's post of 23:40 on Friday, then I think it is likely that someone has had a meltdown! To me I read the post as a perfectly reasonable observation of where our money is going. Does she not take a salary from the Company? if she does, then it's our money. Therefore, our money will be used towards bringing up her child. Seems perfectly logical to me.
