This is what stinks about outfits like Provexis. A gradual destruction of Shareholder value , overpaid directors and massive amounts of options for presiding over a disaster. The results were bad enough with the usual copy & paste and this announcement which shows the utter contempt we shareholders are held in.

Absolutely and it's a gravy train for greedy Doctors of Medicine with no business acumen. I could give several examples. A good portion of Clinicians are very greedy but are protected by "Angel Status".

The Kubler-Ross model for human loss can certainly be applied to many shares on AIM. maybe we are at stage 2/3. Looks like we will have to eventually accept that the Company has failed due to poor management and a bad choice of licencee.

K. 10 years with this share gives me some justification for bitterness. Anyone who invests in a Company on the basis of a loony tunes AIM forum is making a decision based on a roulette wheel rather than a serious appraisal.

Someone selling 5m @0.003p isn't a huge vote of confidence is it? I hope all the recent optimism isn't misplaced but with IF down under and a scientist (no business history) running the UK side, I don't feel over confident especially as the Chinese are experts in deals.

Nice to see the rare use of the word "pleased" in a Provexis RNS!
The delay might well be due to the need to advance the proposed collaboration a further step so that todays RNS can confidently indicate a signing in the "near future" That might cause a modest rise which will assist the next fund raising.
It all boils down to success in China which should eventually greatly exceed the £296k received from DSM and the H&B, Amazon etc sales. It's a pity that FF has not been adequately marketed in North America and that revenue from Europe, after 10 years, only amounts to £300k pa.Future success and profitabilty are hugely dependent on the Far East but perhaps that might have a knock-on effect elsewhere.
Overall, I'm pretty neutral about the update. It doesn't scare me nor particularly annoy me either.

Everything to do with Provexis is always positive with you but the facts don't support your optimism do they? If Provexis wanted to align with DSM, they could have said that an update would be due in early August or perhaps nobody bothered to check when DSM were due to publish! I think the delay is more to do with straw-clutching.

We apathetic shareholders have much to answer for. 99% of us (me included) never bothered to attend the AGM and tell the BOD some home truths. Like many AIM BOD's they have been allowed to stagnate by shareholder inertia. Now we pay the price. Let's see what this week brings but I'm not expecting much.

I would describe it as as the only thing that might save this company and perhaps be a catalyst for change. Perhaps the doomsters,gloomsters & naysayers (sorry Boris!) currently in charge might do a "May" as we need a team with some go not an absent FD. (IMO only of course!)

If the delay was of significance, the SP wouldn't be were it is now and the trading would be more active.I think it is more likely due to poor figures and the hope that something, anything will turn up to mitigate the poor performance. Cash must be getting low. IMO of course.
