Just reading a company report for an Investment Trust I hold and note that the Chairman & four Directors were paid a total of £197k for the year ending 30 Sep 2018. The assets managed are £437 million. Dividends are paid and the Company is growing.

I see from the accounts for Provexis year ended 31 March 2018, that the Directors were paid £192k for managing a company with a market capital of £5 million!!!!!!.

Nice work if you can get it!!

Many LTH's are fed up to the back teeth and there is no incentive for new investors.A further cash call is a certainty and the company is pinning all its hopes on a potential venture with a Chinese Company who will run rings around us even if a deal emerges.

Alf, are you pretending to be stupid? Look at the 5 year chart. Look at the lack of commercial progress. Look at the continuous fund raising mainly to pay salaries. Look at the paucity of short to medium term cash generators.

What is there? An in-house product barely paying its own way. Overpriced stock in H & B and a raft of European niche low volume products. A "venture" in China which is a long way from producing money and a host of patents concerning air pollution and blood pressure which will not get anywhere because there's not enough cash to progress commercially.

Those misguided people who stumped up more money to fund the BOD must be regretting putting money into this pit. This is at an all time low.

I predict the next move will be a consolidation because there will be no appetite for any fund raising at this level.

The way this Company has been run into the ground by a greedy and inept management is a disgrace and indefensible even by the acolytes.

Will they need to fund raise to pay the parent fee?

The SP has been in decline ever since!

Great product in the wrong hands. The Company might fail before becoming profitable. That is a very real possibility IMO.

This is looking more likely as the SP continues to fall away. How else is FORD going to raise enough money for the wage bill?

Consolidations on penny shares (or in this case farthing shares) always leave the Shareholders out of pocket.

PS, the younger holders with little British history knowledge might be interested to know that a Farthing was a very old coin with a value of one quarter of a pre-decimal penny.It was withdrawn in 1961.

Always have to get personal don't you Alf! Anybody with a basic knowledge of demographics and social structure will know that unhealthy people on limited income will not be spending money on a niche product like this.

Dior, what you simply fail to grasp is that Fruitflow is largely used by the well-off worried well who don't need it half as much as the very people who simply can't afford it at approx 50/60p per single tablet.

Most GP's & cardiologists have never heard of it and certainly won't be interested unless it's peer-reviewed anyway.

This is a supplement with the IP held by a useless Company..

We can only hope that we survive long enough to start making a profit after nearly TEN YEARS!
