Robleo, one could question why on earth building companies continue in their activities and not move into something with less regulation and more certain regular profits ?!! There's such a shortage of housing that the current scenario is astonishing to some extent !! It's a pity that all the large builders couldn't come together to limit the price increases of their material costs, eg buy in such large bulk from abroad if necessary at much lower costs, but that would probably be considered collusion !! If materials were chanelled through a HM Govt company in the aforesaid massive bulk and then resold to the builders at the much cheaper costs, the Govt company breaking even on admin costs, would that be a solution I wonder ? Gvt needs to think outside the box a bit.

Rocka999, understand what you're saying, but many times a share falls back maybe 10 - 15% when those who want to sell do sell. Then the price starts moving up again with a mix of new owners and those that previously sold to buy back in . Price is now down the 10% from it's high of 4401p so I'm cautious selling as BATS figures are good and div is still c 6%.

Raxfactor, looking at buying more now as mystified why the sp has fallen back from nearly 430p. UK businesses deferring capex maybe the reason for BYIT's recent fall, cyber security though a necessary spend surely, because fraudsters will take advantage of any lapses in such spend ?!!

Ricardo2019, LGEN is a very good pure income share. As part of a larger pf, which includes growth shares and income/growth shares from mixed categories, it's a core holding. All in my personal opinion and PDYOR.

JPMorgan have target price over 2400p now, surely their research is thorough enough to consider the Reform party who have years anyway to wait for an election !!?

SpicyTuna, what is your real agenda here ? Have you a self image / delusion of being a 'protector' of those you think have less knowledge about ITM than you, as a sort of Saviour of the less informed ?

All investments are risky, as is life itself, and indeed no-one can be 100% definite that we will all be alive even tomorrow. ITM is different now to what it was years ago and Mr Market places more emphasis on the future potential rather than the past. Some large brokers do consider ITM favourably. Btw we are all 'gamblers' in everything we do from going to sleep to crossing a road to driving a car to consuming food (including spicy tuna !!) to subscribing here !! Much can also depend upon your view of life / religion !!

The Green Hydrogen market potential and ITM's growth potential deem ITM a well worth balanced investment for me !!
