Grizzly is no longer a Shorter, but their 'smell' is still around this share, unfortunately. I was an investor in DARKtrace and when a Shorter hit them with the same type of attack as here, the DARK management hit them back convincingly. CWR management need to do the same as DARK did as otherwise some doubts remain and 'silence gives consent' can be seen by some to apply.

Thronegames, many Nasdaq shares' values rely on what hapoens with AI Capex profitability into 2026. We've seen recent pullbacks, eg Oracle last week, because of AI investment concerns as fears that source funds for it change from cash to leverage. At the end of the day, investments need to monetise and be profitable. I also have your cited shares and your decision also depends on the amount of risk you're happy to endure !! Maybe, reallocate some of your Nasdaq investments to other high div shares, eg DUKE (I hold), AV., BP. (I hold), etc . ?

I'm in the no peace deal camp. Tom78, fractitional entitlements are calculated from the sale proceeds of the pool of shares sold en masse less selling / admin costs, thus only rough estimates can be made now.

Stan55, I calculate your wife had c.160 old ULVR shares pre-demerger and pre-consolidation so the demerger gave you 1 for 5 shares in MICC, 160/5 = 32 MICC shares, and the consolidation gave you 152 new ULVR shares, (160/9)x 8 = 152 new ULVR shares. If she'd 160 old ULVR shares then she'll receive a fractional entitlement payment of c.£8+ within a fortnight for the 0.22 old ULVR share unrec'd.

Stan55, I have to admit my error albeit easy to make. Ref my last post today, I bought 148 old shares in ULVR last Fri, however ii told me only minutes ago that because my Fri purchase won't be paid for until yesterday, day after record date for demerger and consolidation, that my ULVR purchases are treated as 2 separate transactions, ie one before of 77 shares and one after of 148 shares. Thus, the 199 new ULVR shares and 44 MICC shares are correct and I'll receive 2 fractional entitlement payments within 2 weeks for the share fractions from demerger and consol !!

I suggest you all check the demerger and consolidation calcs of your online platform provider because I had 225 ULVR shares last Fri before both events and expected to have 200 ULVR new shares (8 for 9 consolidation) and 45 MICC shares (1 for 5 demerger), but have rec'd only 199 ULVR shares and 44 MICC shares !! I realise that Maths competency is generally low, but even my cat can do suc basic calcs !! I've msged my platform ii for an explanation !!

Gerry, how do you arrive at 3560p ? I get 3713p by 4456 clos price / 6 and x 5. Have you used some Icecream Div v Total ULVR valuation or suchlike ? I'm optimistic for both share prices doing well from Mon.
