SpicyTuna, depends upon how much one invested at the higher price levels, how much more one is willing to invest to average down, both constrained by one's budget. So if one originally bought a small qty of 1,000 at 300p, and is willing to have £20,000 invested, then buying 25,000 more at 68p for £17,000 gives a share avg price of c. 77p, etc.... All a risk, but it's a higher risk not being invested I believe !!
