Hi toploadermike, fair play to you if you do reap the massive gains that £64k @ 0.31pence hopefully will provide, as I also am invested here, but unless your liquid Net Worth exceeds circa £2m, then you are taking a much higher risk than even Hedge Funds. Your £64k is now circa £640k + your additions to the £64k. The Balanced Portfolio approach isn't emphasised for the crack !! I have 490,000 shares at 2p avg and happy with that weighting as also have IAG, BP, RR., etc..to hedge my portfolio. Your investment in RMS also exceeds the 1% so I hope you've declared that !! Why would the offer of 640p be increased ? Don't the buyers have enough shares to force the takeover through ?

Multibagger, Do you seriously have about 7m shares here ? What % is this of your total portfolio, ideally not too high unless you do hit the jackpot ? I'm optimistic myself but this is a speculative aim stock, my 6% of portfolio probably too high !

shaml89, not as black and white as you state. BOD sold at 5p because 'bird in hand better than two in Bush'. Nothing is certain, but I remain invested (490,000 shares), because if managed properly the potential of these businesses is huge. Directors, like all of us, are human, but the saying 'the more you have, the more you want', eg more greed, can focus on short-term gain in preference to much higher long-term gains. Our lives are much more short-term focused ('I want it now !!). I work for a similar small company so I know !! Very confident about this investment though, have been invested since 2016 and the Strat Aero days.
