There needs to be a Licence or similar to allow one to be a Director, maybe a competency and integrity exam to pass before being allowed on a BOD. After all, there are required tests for many less important roles. I'm invested and holding here but astounded at the incompetence of some of the BOD's decisions, as bad as SGI in 2015 and look how they crashed. These guys have options to motivate them, maybe also should have penalties for poor performance, eg no salary/fee ? They need to grow up, this is real business and our money, not tot soldiers.

Totally agree Gavster. Maybe concern re Div Plan commitment to only 2023 or size of £7.5b CAPEX plan ? I'm happy with this share and can see a material breakout to new highs in the next few years as benefits increase from their Renewable projects. The div provides a decent cushion also.

those already invested can use these boards to help decide on their next decision, maybe to buy more, maybe to reduce holdings, etc... Those already invested, you say have 'made their decision', however there are many many more decisions that can still be made. Those not already invested can similarly use these boards to help decide on their decision to invest or not invest and the timing and amounts of the former, also maybe just to learn about a company. It's concerning that you don't already understand this, maybe investing not for you ?

OMNESINVEST, Reading your message with interest and I just offer my humble viewpoint. Yes, Trevor Brown made himself a lot of money. If he did so legitimately, ie without using any amount of dishonesty or lack of morality (forget the UK Law), then fair play to him. However, if he gained his large winnings by any form of dishonesty, then would you really want to be him (assuming you're an honest guy who wants to do things ethically, etc...) ? I wouldn't want to be him because we all end up on a death bed eventually and have to face our demons.
