So a Forecast PE of 15 seems unreasonably high, why such a big drop from 5.86 ?

Chandley-1976, well said !! Glad I'm not only one who lets it rip sometimes. I find this Ukraine business horrific, though by no means a unique situation. I can't understand the Putin personality type except that I guess he is a level 10 Narcissist and doesn't view ordinary humans as worth anything. This War is so close to home, that's why I'm incensed by the injustice of it all more than other conflicts. I feel a successor to Putin, and a few are cited on media, wouldn't be as fanatical. Russia is hurting badly even if they're putting on a brave face. There is a shortage of new military recruits, economic hardship, etc..The EU, US and NATO politicians are not up to the task and unfortunately they will fail, in my view, the real test in next few months when Putin and various colleagues are convicted in absentia at Nuremberg Court of war crimes with insufficient negative impact afterwards on their allegiances with North Korea, China, India, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, etc... What will EU, US and NATO actually do when Putin travels to Saudi Arabia, India, China, etc.. as a convicted war criminal ? Increased sanctioning would only split the world up more, ultimately that is what's happening anyway !!
