Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
Slightly ambiguous to say the least.
'The proposed joint venture would be subject inter alia to due diligence, entering into binding agreements and shareholder approval, no later than the end of February 2020.'
I think this reads that shareholder approval no later than end of February, and you'd think 2 weeks required for shareholders to decide.
But maybe I'm wrong?
John, I think you owe me a visit up north for some proper beer. Just been looking back at some older messages. Look at one of yours from 9th April 2019. Maybe we should change this to 4p, unless you can get to the Yorkshire Dales.
Have to agree DJ. If someone knows something and has decided to get out early its a worry. Why would you sell when 'the good news' is just around the corner it leaves me hovering over the sell button. Still to be convinced about the jv.
L of B, do you live down south, or are you travelling down for the game.
Hi Dibs, not our best performance of the season. We never seem to play well against Palace, Wasn't expecting anyone to comment, so well done to the Eagles. I'll be there tomorrow against City so should be home around midnight as kick off is 8.15, also off to the smoke on Friday for our trip to Spurs. John is that you selling, because someone is?
Looks like a bit of buying going on, very quiet on here otherwise.
Clarets at home to Crystal Palace tomorrow.
John, sorry that you feel you have to sell and move on to look for the rewards. A lot of what you say is true and I also don't like the deal as its just a watering down of AAU. Hopefully things will progress quickly and if gold moves up again that may help the SP but as DesertJoe said, the first sign of directors selling and I'm also out of here. It started off really well this week with big gains and lots of trades but has come back down almost to where it was last week. At least the first Noel has gone quiet today. Hope you remember to watch out for the Clarets scores.
Has he gone at last. Tiresome comments and he says he has no shares here so what a waste of time. Great win for the Clarets yesterday. Another RNS tomorrow hopefully.
Not too surprised a few sells appearing, I think everyone was expecting a great RNS due to recent gold prices and maybe a nice rise in SP. Once again its done nothing but brought First Noel back to our screens.
VanVan, just watched the interview. I hope he's correct. He might buy some of our shares. Just need him to know who we are.
More of the same then. Decent results and we have 5 buys this morning. Not sure I know whats holding us back but no one seems interested. EUA has had 348 trades this morning and now sits at 4.10, wonder if we'll ever see this happen to AAU. Anyway, back to work for now. Good luck to the mighty Clarets down at Watford this weekend.
Hi John
Not doing too bad, keep looking in here for news but realise it could be a long time to wait, but I'm patient.
Clarets doing ok, but tough December coming up. We need to discuss cars to pass the time away!!
The first Noel, so if you sold out ages ago to make good money elsewhere, why waste time keying messages on here...time's money don't forget.
Oh yes, how did i forget the rugby. Well done South Africa through.
Nice rise this morning, maybe some late trades from Friday, good to see. Quarterly financials due soon lets hope its good reading, need some cheering up after my team's performance at the weekend.
Thanks Ash for the spreadsheet info. Looks very encouraging.
Just need to keep calm and buy a few more from time to time.
Good luck to England in tomorrow's rugby world cup final and of course to the mighty Clarets against Sheff Utd tomorrow.
Good luck for the future 4kandles. I hope you succeed in your chosen investments. Maybe drop by occasionally to see if we're all still around. I originally planned another 5 years in here, will it happen, maybe maybe not.
There could be big falls ahead of us for a while as Turkey continues its war against the Kurds in northern Syria. I'm seeing red all across my portfolio this morning, and that's not including the farce of Brexit. I'm not going to sell but try and sit this out for a few weeks at least. The bad news is that when the next RNS drops with the latest production figures, even if they are great they will be over shadowed by the goings on in Turkey.
Busy day yesterday so didn't see what happened to SP until today. I have to say the conf call was a complete disaster, but Kerim's latest interview with Proactive Investor was very good. SP drop was probably because some PI's sold up straight after the conference call and all the chatter on the BB's obviously added to the all round misery. I've listened several times to the latest couple of Kerim's interviews and I don't think we're going to see Tavsan go into production for a few years yet, rather than a couple, but obviously very busy behind the scenes. Got to say a big thanks to Ash for his financial input, and I noticed the working capital (approx £7m) has now been mentioned in Kerim's latest interview, so in theory we're not debt free by April. Maybe if we can wait long enough this may turn out to be a great investment, but I don't believe we'll hit 3p by end of this year and I may be retired before we see Tavsan/Salimbas into fruition, but I do hope I'm wrong.
Well that didn't go too well did it. Maybe better to have shareholder meetings.
