Having fingers in other pies, I see Griffin Mining are very confident of a strong year approaching.

May see a good tick up as investors realise the 3p dividend is showing confidence in the company.

As a consequence, NewRiver's dividend policy will now be to pay dividends equivalent to 80% of UFFO. These dividends will be declared twice annually at the Company's half and full year results, calculated with reference to the most recently completed six-month period.



The Company is a member of the REIT regime whereby profits from its UK property rental business are tax exempt. The REIT regime only applies to certain property-related profits and has several criteria which have to be met, including that at least 90% of our profit from the property rental business must be paid as dividends. We intend to continue as a REIT for the foreseeable future.



A dividend of 3.0 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2021 will, subject to shareholder approval at the 2021 AGM, be paid on 3 September 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 29 July 2021. The dividend will be payable as a REIT Property Income Distribution (PID).

But some have bought in around .17p today. So could shun the open offer & get them at .16p - perhaps !!

Not overly excited & may just hang tight with my holding or possibly buy in @ 4.8p in 2 - 3 weeks. Lol. So have to be in it to win it & us shareholders already are should 20p be reached say within the next year.

The Company also announces it will be making an Open Offer to Qualifying Shareholders at the Issue Price to raise up to £7.0 million (the "Open Offer", and together with the Placing, the "Fundraising").

Braveheart Investments are in The Times share prices every day & I remind all investors about the generous 42.5p dividend they paid in January having made millions by their savvy investment in RMS the face mask company. At that time I owned less than 2k of their shares. Well appreciated the £828 dividend. So Braveheart have all sorts of investments going on besides Paraytec & just because the CEO sells a chunk of shares, we don't have any worries. Folk sometimes need some funds for other reasons.

Posted yesterday's news & also the CEO Paul Langworthy said the contracts contributed to hopes for a ''positive outturn'' in 2021. Now I remind investors myself (city watcher) that their £5m placement at 2.25p in early Sept. 2020 was heavily oversubscribed. umhhh!

Ok - I can wait 6 months for it to happen. No doubt excitement in this stock will occur leading up to Autumn.

Priced at £2 - 50 announcement said. Looks as though £3 - 20 was the lowest buy price near opening today. Hmmmh !!

As with Lloyds yesterday, STAN has posted very pleasing results, but I can't see any mention of a dividend or date info. Guess it will be the same ex div date as previous year if results date is very nearly the same.
