Cairn Energy to file lawsuits to pierce corporate veil, seize PSU assets to enforce $1.2 billion arbitration award

The firm has moved courts in the US, UK, Canada, France, Singapore, the Netherlands and three other countries to register the December 2020 arbitration tribunal ruling that overturned the Indian government's Rs 10,247 crore demand in back taxes and ordered New Delhi to return USD 1.2 billion in value of shares it had sold, dividends seized and tax refunds withheld to recover the tax demand.

Good for recovery & at present, having just topped up, the buys are being reported as sells !! So if quick it's as cheap as 7.175 to buy shares. But maybe only until noon today. Lol.

Liked their small write up saying that a likely company that may well launch a takeover to be Reckitt Benckiser.

counter erectile dys-function gel took a step towards gaining approval from European regulators.
Shares in Futura Medical rose 28p or 155.6 per cent, to 46p after it's Med3000 treatment was given the thumbs up by EU officials. Analysts at Liberum, Futura's house broker, said that approval was now a formality and the company expects confirmation before the end of May. Med3000 was originally the placebo used in a clinical trial of another of Futura's erectile dysfunction gel, which scientists had been working on for more than a decade. That gel failed in the study, whereas the dummy treatment, Med3000, yielded '' statistically significant and clinically meaningful '' improvements. So Futura believes that Med3000 will be the first topical treatment for erectile dysfunction available in Europe that does not require a prescription. The company said it was in talks with '' a number of parties '' about licensing it's technology. Viagra & Cialis typically take 30 mins to work whereas most patients using Futura's gel felt it's effect within ten minutes.

France is announcing a further lockdown for 22m people with Paris included to combat this third wave of the virus. This tells me that testing is so vitally important & quick tests will be in demand. Exciting times for Braveheart's investors. April to be most interesting.

(Sharecast News) - HSBC upgraded shares of Standard Chartered on Wednesday to 'buy' from 'hold' and lifted the price target to 550p from 430p as it said it was increasingly optimistic on future revenue growth.
It said margin stability and improving loan trends underpin its view. The company's new 7%+ return on tangible equity 2023 target looks achievable, HSBC said, with upside thereafter.

Get these whilst the oil price has dipped slightly from it's early recovery. I heard this following info from a well informed friend ----- ' The 2 analysts offering 12 month price targets for Union Jack Oil PLC have a median target of 133.00, with a high estimate of 176.00 and a low estimate of 90.00. The median estimate represents a 294.07% increase from the last price of 33.75. '

Price will steadily climb up to & well beyond what I bought in at. Their gold pour is exciting. Potential or what !!!!

Online clothes companies nearly always find ways to gain some more. This deal with Marks & Spencer shall get Sosandar the recognition they really need and deserve.

Whoa ! these results are good. Expected though & to make nearly double their pre year profit in the current climate is admirable. Proposal to reinstate the dividend so early shows confidence. Going to get some broker upgrades very soon I reckon.

I remember a broker giving these an upgrade saying with their 2021 prospects a fair value is £1. It was around Sept. last year. Realise from their recent news involving some other oil companies including Tullow, why the shares are starting to rev up !

Good post plus investors need to be aware there are 3.6 billion shares, so it takes a huge amount of buying to shift the price. Perhaps a consolidation would be worthwhile if the company can afford it right now !

Seen this has started moving in the right direction as the oil price lifts. Can't believe what a bargain now as it was very close to £4 January 2020. Their last trading post reads well too.

Dlar's last trading post was certainly upbeat & this rise has been awaited too long. I remember when shares were near £7 in June & Nov. 2017, plus they tipped £4 within last 2 years. So I also reckon the rise will continue as results are posted in late May. (26th). Good luck to DLAR holders.

Agree with your post, but although Wednesday's budget may affect the market, I believe funds from selling stock will be re-invested in Braveheart & cannabis speculative, but high reward shares, i.e. exciting prospects shares.
