Then you add on global pressures, i.e. war in Ukraine distracting minds away from renewable investment and the fact that China is killing itself due to its moronic handling of the pandemic. A global driver for prices, they're putting the skids on vanadium production.

AIM is down 35% over the past 12 months, almost everything's been slammed.

As for VRBSs, they're clearly gaining traction. Unfortunately, or fortunately if you're patient and like buying in low, this is a medium to long-term play.

Fortune runs the business, if he's racked up unmanageable levels of debt he should have considered the macro-economic risks. That's his job. I'm a shareholder looking for a return and don't get emotionally investment in companies - leave that to the cowardly Alfachump who's too shallow to back himself up after all the garbage he's fed investors.

Some factors beyond BMN's control have definitely harmed cash flows, but not enough to make the paying off of that loan questionable. That's Mojapelo's **** up and shareholders are paying the price again because thanks to him the future is uncertain, hence sentiment is completely shot.

I think what is becoming increasingly clear is that Fortune has made a total **** up with the Orion loan. He has overstretched the finances and, yet again, shareholders will pay the price in the form of further dilution (or worse).

His decision making is becoming increasingly questionable and that throws into doubt everything the company is trying to achieve.

The SP speaks for itself - trust has gone amongst investors. Question is, does Mojapelo really care enough to win it back or is he just another overpaid CEO enriching himself while playing silly buggers with other people's cash?

But you're right though , a lot of scum do trawl AIM stocks trying to stoke unsubstantiated fears regarding cash burn, placings and dilution. That's the modus operandi they start shorting from.

On Twitter fake accounts are very easy to spot, on here it's a day job for many who drift from stock to stock picking on those who have a hole in their finances. Due to the Orion debt BMN is a natural target, which is why close concentration needs to be focused on V price and the rand to dollar exchange rate etc.

Fair enough if that's what he wants to waste his time doing, but most people's decisions are based on facts, how much they've invested and their appetite for risk. You'd have to be a very weak seller, or buyer, to make decisions on the guff posted in here - mine included.

Derampers can be seen through in five seconds, the only people I can't tolerate are those who use their rep to aggressively pump the stock when they're secretly selling, but thankfully that dirty scum have left now.

Well put it this way, if Mojapelo is completely unable to service the Orion debt and renegotiation is painful to shareholders he deserves to be fired. No two ways about it, that would be a complete miscalculation and shambolic management on his part.

Few people have been more critical than me of ramping ********s on here like Alfachump and Ophidian etc, but facts are also facts and it's likely that BMN will massively reduce debt next year.

If they cant meet their entire debt obligations, what's left should be easy to renegotiate. And if BMN are profitable enough to hammer down the debt then they will be profitable enough to re-rate the SP so Orion can profit on their own holding in the company.
