RE: Stuart on fire today, another interesting tweet...18 Jul 2024 17:33
Culpepper I used to agree on a fair bit of what you used to say (I have Don Durrett as a bit of a whacko too - but sometimes these players whilst not entirely across the detail of the brief still make money off the scent in their nose and that's kind of OK but not a recommendation). Trouble is 'we' suddenly became 'you lot' because if we are led to believe correctly you sold because you don't think GGP are good in the medium term but we may come good in the end. Good for you. You sold, your money is working for you elsewhere (Newmont for one). But the price range we are holding at isn't that far short of your sell is it? Good luck on getting back in but is there not a risk of a share suspension if news hits? Perhaps we get funded by someone having a cut of the gold, perhaps we have a bit of M&A activity. We have an awful lot of prospectivity on our doorstep. You have taken one route, yet those of us who hold have taken another. If you aren't thinking of getting back in please state clearly why you are here. To save us all? Nah I don't think so. Waiting on the terms of the deal think you may say. Well we are all here on a bit of a flutter but some of us have it covered. Any sensible speculator does. Please be just as active on this board if we 3 bag with out you and then move on to Don Durrett territory. Will you join us at 15p, 20p? Still a lot to make after then I believe. Many of us have averaged down rather than sell. It's ridiculously hard to buy at the sweet spot. Good luck Culpepper. The sweet spot might have passed unless you ouwitted us all
