Rich, are we sure Acacia is that much of an automaton? I get that most likely their MO right now is to sell but if positive news is released surely whoever is in charge of their shares is going to hold back a bit and sell once the rise has taken place?

Ghia it's hardly a suspicion, it was widely discussed on here. Everyone expected a higher share price at this point in time and those of us who aren't so doggedly confident of positive results (I definitely fall into that category) hoped that they'd get the chance to de-risk a little. I mean it was only a few days ago that you and others were talking about a calm 10-20% rise this week into the high 40s before the fireworks next week. I personally would have to de-risk if that were to occur as I'm in way over my head here and would be a painful hit for me. I had my chance a few weeks ago and as I admitted at the time, I saw the ££££s in my eyes.

I'm sure my nerves right now are palpable but I just find people who predict and predict and continue to predict despite being way off the mark time and time again a little tedious! They just move the goalposts each time. It's fair to say that nothing's changed but I don't reckon I'd be the only one more confident if interest here had exploded pre-results.

I'm not sure the risk/reward is better than it was before - it isn't purely based on share price/potential return. As the price fell dramatically in May/June there was a genuine case to be made that it was simply the timeframe that spooked investors but that they'd be back in position before results . We had selling going on in March too but it couldn't put a dent in the buying pressure back then...

No denying that but the reward for our patience is looking less attractive by the day. We all stuck it out in April and May whilst the wider market rallied, in the hope that we'd see anticipation build into results - but that's looking like a damp squib now. There was consensus here a few weeks ago when we bounced off 35p that that was the turning point.

It's time to accept that the market really isn't that excited by this company. We just got to pray that Richard pulls it out the bag and gives a big middle finger to the doubters (me included!)

The lack of antibody immunity is highly relevant here. What is starting to become clear is this:

i) A positive antibody test will not mean that the individual no longer needs antigen testing in the (near) future.
ii) Even those ranging from the asymptomatic to the mild cases may have long term health complications from catching this virus (numerous sources). Treatments are starting to come on stream and so it will be vital for all to know if they are infected or not.
