Hi Phillip1976 - It is both arguments being put forward but adequately defended yesterday.Still all to play for but feeling much more positive now hopefully I will feel the same after todays closing remarks in the High Court re the IM JR.

Not wishing to be ahead of the game but with all that has been going on this week & a certain posting last night can we expect a 'Re-Rate' today or early next week.

'Thought I would treat myself to some of Belfasts finest Scallops this evening, despite all the negativity over the past few years I was reassured today.

Our KC compleated the defence of the JR into our Gas storage project, they will still be around for many years to come after our project is compleated as the effects are negligible!!!!'

Edit: The last point is referring to the Scallops in the picture he has posted below & is summarising the sense of today that the effect on the Scallops etc 'are negligible!!!! of the brine into the sea a point made very clear today.
