I note the following with regards the JR in May 2023 which as we know the first day is Tuesday 2nd May 2023 as detailed below.My question is is anyone going to attend the JR & does anyone have any experience of using 'SIGHTLINK 21' which appears to be a method of 'watching' the case online.

Hi samdb - Thanks for your update this morning & well done for being the first also I concur with all your comments.I would add as follows:

1) The Saipem contract bond has been released which has also assisted with the cash flow.
2) The M55 contract is now on time which means previous supply issues must have been resolved.
3) The first Cory barge has been delivered to London & I believe also barge's being worked on at Methil.They are benefitting from working on the work flows etc to improve efficiencies to assist in future contracts.

I agree there was some robust discussion & clearly there is frustration with the current SP, for most of us, present last night.
John & Arun answered all questions & they stayed to the very end as I almost did (arrived home last night at 12.30).In summary do I have a concern for the future of H&W answer No but do I think we may get a material increase in the SP this quarter answer No except I believe a positive outcome for the JR will help.
I like the 'Tell SID' analogy.
If I can think of anything else I will add later today after reading other posts but in short it was worth going & with not all of the 15 originally registered being present there were sufficient long term investors with substantial investments to give rise to a worthwhile evening.

I have just spoken to someone at H&W (London) who says I will be contacted to confirm my registration for next Monday & she said 'see you Monday'.Sounds like it is go for Monday I will keep people posted & will ask about distribution of the presentation for those not able to attend.

Has anyone applied to go to the 'Spring Investor Event in London' next Monday & had it confirmed as I am still waiting for confirmation even after chasing several times.Regards to all,

I have just e-mailed to register for the above event & put it in the diary as one event not to miss. I maybe being naive but surely there is an expectancy that the funding will be in place by the time of this event & if not soon after.As they say 'The event is open to all existing investors and will consist of a presentation, Q&A session, followed by networking.'They must expect questions on funding if not announced by the 17th April bearing in mind they said that 'proposed £200m refinancing in early Q2 2023' in the March update.
I believe todays drop in SP is partly driven in that today is the 5th April being the tax year end.We shall see Thursday.Regards to all.

Hi stokey12 - Understand where you are coming from but H&W ought to update us on how Qtr 1 2013 went if they are to gain shareholder confidence & mature into a company able to have a full listing on the London Stock Exchange (We can only hope).

Edit: Looks like a lot of work has gone into the presentation they could do well.

I would not be surprised to see a trading update RNS this Friday 31st March 2023 for Qtr 1 & hopefully a positive SP outcome.
My reasoning for this is that I believe that H&W are trying to turn a corner on its trading announcements as it progresses to a full listing on the London Stock Exchange in the next 2 to 3 years possible 4 years (Fingers crossed).

I attache a link to Companies House for Harland & Wolff Holdings Limited showing a new charge registered 15th March 2023 with Riverstone not sure if this is a prelim to the new finance deal to be announced hopefully early Qtr 2.However this may tie into the para. above.

PS The SP seems to be inversely proportionate (Inverse proportionality) to current news flows.

I have noticed that STENA SUPERFAST VII Passenger/Ro-Ro Cargo Ship & DOLPHIN Tug are also now docked at H&W Belfast making for a full house.Clearly this division is performing well roll on the finance package in early Qtr 2.

It is very disappointing to see the SP slide further down so the quicker we get the new finance package, hopefully in early Qtr2, the better.Clearly recent director Buys have not moved the dial in the right direction.Regards to all.
