Hi All - I have just registered onto the Courts website waiting to watch the court in action on day two of the IM JR hopefully the site will not drop as it did yesterday.

Hi All - Well there we were thinking we needed to be careful about reporting on todays events & this article comes out but at least it could be argued that it sums up the day pretty well.

Has the link to the court dropped ??????

I have just checked the listings this evening & it now shows 47 for Tuesday as well - yesterday it did not.It is now a matter of actually 'getting in' through the screen we are taken to & I will ring them in the morning to ask how.

Hi Kaeran - Is the details you have tweeted for Tuesday 2nd May which was showing 'Sightlink 21' for Tuesday 2nd May & 47 for the 3rd & 4th hopefully it is now 47 for Tuesday which I have the details for from the courts in Belfast & happy to send to anyone interested e-mail me at chrisatrdg@aol.com. As far as I am aware there is no-one going from this board but I am trying to get the link for next Tuesday in order to follow it live.Once I understand what is needed I will issue my e-mail address & people can e-mail me & I can forward the details to them as it is not possible by posting on this board.
With regards attending the only JR I have attended was at the Royal Courts of Justice & I just rolled up went through security & then into the court room.However if many attend best to arrive early before it starts which will be 10.30 in the morning.
If anyone has used the following please advise of your own experience:

I am referring to connecting to 'Sightlink 21' at present I have been given details of linking into Sightlink 47 which is the link quoted for 3rd & 4th May & even then not sure how I get into the court but will ask Tuesday morning re 21.

With regards when we might know of the time for the decision it could be within the month if it is clear cut or a number of months if not & then there is the issue of being able to appeal which can be quashed.

Looking at the final transaction for the day it is as follows (Per London Stock Exchange) which surely is a significant Buy:

Hi Si_Derman - I asked about that specific point on funding re IM last week at the investors meeting in London & was told in no uncertain terms by John that IM was not a factor for the funding.John said that the basis of the loan was based on current values of assets & future earnings from its protected pipeline which must includes FSS.
As mentioned by an earlier post by someone else this week who was also at the event they are now going through due diligence.Arun did mention that there are reams of documents to go through all of which need agreeing with all parties concerned.

PS I made contact with the courts in Belfast yesterday about next week's JR & hopefully I will get the required 'link' to be able to watch live the proceedings over the 3 days which I intend doing.In addition I am now back to 'Strong Buy'.

Hi Rusty58 - I note that the timescale for the recent associated JR case was as follows (per recent RNS Reach) & may indicate the possible timescale after what is planned to be for 3 days:

'This Application was heard by the Court on 23 March 2023 and the Company welcomes the Court's dismissal of the Application in its judgment which was passed down on 31 March 2023.'

The above suggests we may get a decision in May & hopefully there will be no appeal process if those who have instigated this JR loose.

Following my earlier message I have just spoken to the relevant court department in Belfast & I have been advised that details relating to 'SIGHTLINK 21' is made available the day before the date of the JR on the Courts website.On that basis I will not be flying over to Belfast.Once I have a connection on the day I will advise how others can do so or follow the Courts website as I will be doing the day before but I note that is a bank holiday.
