The new Company is for the tugs etc & has been set up to keep operations separate.

To add: 1) M55 contract on time the vessel being used for spares will look into what to do with it once contract is completed so nothing yet. 2) I think the area where changes are taking place is Methil. 3) in all the work on the barges it is getting them ready for the FSS contract in terms of processes. 4) The new kit they are buying in for the FSS contract will reduce man power significantly. 5) Progress being made on new builds at Belfast.In summary per JW the hard graft & costs last year put them in a position to achieve the FSS contract which they are now building upon & taking on senior staff positions to meet the new challenges. So all to play for Rome was not built in a day so patients is required. Regards to all.

I am sitting in Cote across from Field Fisher post the AGM. No real new news. 1) Awaiting news on Scillian contract expected end July in the last 3. 2) Work on barges across 3 sites making materials for all barges economies of scale so not to worry. 3)Currently at 50% capacity across all sites but is a moving situation so changes. 4) Clearly stage payments keeping them cash flow positive so no rush for a finance deal important to achieve a low rate.Also there are many parties to deal with including the Government so it is not a quick process. 5) Procurement hubs being set up for the H&W other procurement through Navantia. My take is that all to play for still do not expect a fund raise but we are talking 1 Year to 18 months for maturity of company. Do not expect an RNS . Will add later today. Regards to all.

I have decided to still go to the AGM this Tuesday but I am not expecting anything new & I will also listen to the Webinar in the evening.Is there anyone else going to the AGM who posts on this board.

I look each morning as we approach the AGM & wonder how much more can the SP go down.As a supporter of H&W I sometimes just despair & goodness knows what the mood at the AGM will be like for which I intend spending my money going to.

Edit: Clearly work on the barges at Methil supports recent comments by John Wood - still all to play for roll on the AGM.

Hi Si_Derman - John said at the last investors meeting that it was difficult getting many RNS's out stopped as I understand it by the NOMAD. I sensed that John was very frustrated on this matter & uses social media as an alternative.Today we have received a positive message from John & I am sure it will be reiterated at the forth coming AGM( I am late to the ball tonight as I have been watching the Murray tennis match).Lets hope the market read LinkedIn or this board & we may get some form of reversal in the SP decline Friday.Good night all.

I have received notification from ii advising me of the AGM for Tuesday 25th July for which I have registered this morning & I would add I will be voting for all the agenda items.Is anyone else on this board going to the AGM.

Hi Speedy_Gonzalez - I do not regret my various punts & I am looking forward to when the SP has improved.

I agree with Bubble2021 - You will always see mention of possible future funding in accounts but John Wood could not have been more adamant at the last investors meeting in London 'there will be no share funding this year' in addition they tell us they are cash positive.There will be future share issues when the SP is at a more respectable level & that will not be for some time certainly not this year & likely not next year.Once again as I said earlier time to move on.

Hi andykc1962 - broomtree is right the 'material uncertainty' is something I experienced many years ago when I had the responsibility of getting an AIM listed company through its half year results before the 6 month deadline was up.The CFO was not pleased but had to live with it & I suspect was the reason this time the accounts were only signed on the 30th June 2023 hence no 7.00 in the morning RNS.H&W would not have got through the audit in May re the seeking change of lender if things were so dire.Until the agreements are signed for the new funding there will be 'uncertainty'. hence the audit comments.I have tonight been thinking of Selling a couple of Biotech shares at a loss in order to take advantage of todays ridiculous low SP ( If you believe H&W will survive as I do).It would only be 10,000 shares but I believe that in the next 6 months we will be at double the current SP.I am going back to 'Strong Buy' as I see myself Buying in the morning although a small amount.We must now look to the future & not dwell in the past.Regards to all.

With regards this years AGM are any people who are on this 'board' & who attended the last investors meeting in London also intend going to this years AGM.

I agree with Kaeren's comments & for me time to move on. I have e-mailed investor relations asking for a more recent update on the Barges, Methil etc etc fingers crossed.At least we have an opportunity to ask questions at the AGM likely to be early August.I just hope the SP at least holds on Monday.I have gone for 'Strong Buy' as surely things 'can only get better'.

Edit: There are now full glossy's which means an AGM soon etc that at least is progress on last year which was August 2022.Finally now time to move on & concentrate on 2023.I am going for 'Strong Buy' & risking all in saying that.

I am still expecting final results 31st December 2022 today clearly sometime this afternoon.Nothing surprises me now but I think it is a matter of staying calm.The MM's will take advantage of todays current uncertainties & I am not expecting ground breaking news that would have been at 7.00 this morning.I have taken the view that the next Qtr will be make or break with regards SP even then not dramatic for that we will need to wait into the 4th Qtr.

Hi All - This guy Ben Murray - Director of Government and Corporate Affairs at Harland and Wolff seems an absolute breath of fresh air.A great find for H&W bodes well for the future of the group.
