it is clear where things went wrong last year see below & lets hope for a significant improvement this year !!!!!!

Methil Loss £32.7m

Hi All - The wording says 'In the matter of an application by No Gas Caverns Ltd & FOE for Judicial Review' however we may get clarification in the form of an RNS update.

My guess is that it will be a full appeal as the facts of the case are in my opinion straight forward. Here’s hoping !!!

Hi All I have just woken on my last day of my holiday to a positive RNS. Let’s hope the market appreciates this great news but no update on the JR appeal.I think that based on this news H&W will achieve its fcst turnover targets & more.

Any lawyers out there- Does the appeal need approving or is it a matter of going straight to the Court of Appeal & if so when likely. Based on my brief reading of their appeal it seems to me all points have been covered ie nothing new. Any answers. Regards CM
