Hi stokey12 JW Will make an offer this Thursday being the final day combined with a new financial deal to be announced the same day.That is on the basis that this time they will meet the fcst dates. All to play for & then watch the SP rise to at least 20p. That is also on the basis that we now take on board institutional investors likely waiting in the wings. Unless JW & his team want to take a fall it has to be this week. Regards to all. PS IM positive result will take us beyond 20p moving towards 25p.

Hi Apothecary There are some of us on this board who are hoping for a finance deal next week but we also know when Arun was questioned as to whether it could go into next year & he said in so many words it could. With regards IM this we have been told that the deal is based on future expectations not if IM can go ahead. We are all under water based on the current SP welcome to the club.Regards to all.

Hi ForrestGump - Your earlier post this morning concerning the question re the finance deal, asked earlier this year, which JW passed onto Arun was from me as I had indicated a week or so ago.The answer given was in line with what I felt might happen & still might with regards possible going into next year however there is still next week for an announcement on the finance deal. The long stop position for news will be the trading update for 2013 will be Friday 29th December.For me it is a 50/50 chance for this year however it cannot go much beyond January 2014.Fingers crossed for next week.

Hi dawski37 - Great post enjoyed your enthusiasm clearly a finance deal before the year end will set the scene perfectly well for 2024 & the icing on the cake will be a win re the IM JR appeal.I am not sure where the SP will be before the end of Qtr 4 2024 hopefully north of 25p.This next two weeks could finally, for us long term investors, be what we have invested for.

Hi Lottie123 - I attended the AGM last year & this year also attended the investors meeting earlier this year which we both attended.I concur with your numbers & I too was expecting this years target to be broken expecting that JW did not want to be caught short again with FCST turnover figures.In addition we are still waiting for the refinance RNS which I had expected in November but there is still 3 trading weeks left before Christmas & will be concerned if it moves into next year.I however still believe in H&W but it can be very frustrating watching on the sidelines.

With regards determining what is the basis of arriving at a companies turnover there are plenty of accounting standards that determine the basis of their calculation it is something that is not new.Booking turnover on the basis of receiving funds in advance of a contract starting does not count.The link below takes you to the notes to the accounts for Yr 31st December 2022.In summary there should be no circumstances in which it is not clear when to book income for work done based on a signed contract so I am surprised at todays RNS.
