My post today on ADVFN in response to some very negative comments & sums up my current thinking:

'Well I have been a shareholder for over 10 years & last weeks positive result relating to the IM JR will assist H&W correct its recently reported Balance Sheet position & provide work for H&W supplying materials for the related project.However we await news as to how H&W will finance the deal & with who.

I do accept that the current status of the company with regards its negative reserve position is not a good look however the finance deal H&W are seeking is being secured on future expectations as clearly set out at the investors meeting earlier this year & was not contingent upon H&W being successful with regards the IM JR.

Clearly those in the consortium behind the potential scheme will be fully aware of H&W's current financial position & would not be wasting peoples time if there was not a basis for progression.

In conclusion & also someone who attended the recent AGM I take a more positive view on matters & look forward to an ever increasing SP over the next 6 months.'

Hi All - Well great news today & it made for an interesting listen as the Judge went over each of the points & slowly but surely knocked each point off.For some of us that have been invested for many years for me I started investing over 10 years ago it is a great relief.

Moving on I note looking at the London Stock Exchange site there are some substantial Buys looks like we may see some institutional investors coming on board.Regards to all.

PS: I expect to see a gradual increase in the SP in the next month or so especially if we get positive news on the funding.

I have just had a reply from the Judicial Review Office, Royal Courts of Justice to say in reply to my request about there being a video link for the IM JR findings & I have been told 'The Judge has approved this'.

I will look out for the link.

Hi Lottie123 - I so agree with your EBITDA & I would add it will mean the creation of a 'Deferred Tax Asset' of many millions.See Note to the Accounts - Note 11 - CT at standard rate on losses £13.4m.

LWHL - I have not yet seen last nights event but it is good you see the positives & following my attending yesterdays AGM I was able to talk to John on a one to one basis & I would support what you have said about him.A hand shake can say a lot & certainly John seemed very positive & conscious of how painful it has been for long term investors but for those who may be new to this game it now may be a good SP entry point.I have over the years & recent months added shares but each time the SP has gone down I am hoping that trend has ended & hence I have reverted to 'Strong Buy'.

Hi Stokey12 That is what my neighbour thought & asked about previous statements as you are doing.I think it is not for now & certainly not until the M55 contract is finished as I see it. A question for tonight maybe.
