" As it was a sales order only, it may be part of the 70k expected to be invoiced and delivered this year. "
Cannot see how that can be the case as the only figures we have in an RNS is
33k carried forward
16,755 q1 sales
3560 processed orders
Surely the 22k would get a mention as the 33k did
Yes the 22k was only a sales order , It really should have been invoiced as they had told us only invoices orders would be published.
This is the probelm as I see it , I thinbk having told us 'only invoiced' would be published , they are mixing and matching.
The 22k should still be in this year and is a considerable sum to lose or be tol;d we had when we never did.
" They quote 100 year lom Chique so I'm not worried about that just yet "
Was this not on 85k tons though , also the costs go into the accounts affecting profit level / dividend . My point was that they changed the reporting of this when sales were better.
This was a statement in January RNS
" Brian McMaster, Chairman of Harvest, said: "2022 was another great year for Harvest, whereby we exceeded our ambitious sales order target of 150,000 tonnes KP FĂ©rtil, with total sales orders received reaching 172,000 tonnes, of which 150,000 tonnes was delivered and invoiced "
In the Final Results they said the 150,000 was actually only 117 as 33k tons were not delivered.
This year we are carrying 33k forward because of this
Why are we not carrying over an extra 22k tons , as sales orders total were 172k
so they should be carrying over the 33k and the 22k ? into this years revenue but they only ever mention the 33k
"Yes there are issues but the current situation is transient and will be rectified. How long? I don't know but IMHO this is an excellent entry point hence why I've just bought in. "
You may be right , I really am not sure if I am wanting to spend the time any more trying to work out what the companies RNS's mean , and concerned there will be a shock in the accounts , as they have the habit of slipping things in, such as the amount for end of mine rectification of site.
I was very lucky with this share as I had a substantial holding on the way up to 18p. I asked a friend to get a quote in Brasil , and the quote came back at 140 BRL when buying ten toneladas , it spooked me as the quote on HMI letterhead for 140BRL was whern we all thought it was in excess of 200 - 240 BRL , I sold down a considerable part of my holding because of this 'unknown' reason for the 140 BRL quote.
I subsequently bought and sold after that also down to 5p and then held on to 50k shares which I sold on the recent rise to 3.1 .
I have made significant profit for my trades but nothing like what I had planned to make when I first invested.
The reporting on this share has been as clear as mud with chopping and changing the reporting but using the same terms , such as sales orders invoiced , but they dont always use the term sales orders invoiced.
I really don't know what to expect here anymore , but for some time have wondered whether Brian is engineering this so as to take it private which would be his ideal scenario from what he has said , and also his partial contempt for shareholder detail.
" It is genuinely funny watching you all jumping up and down thinking a few mines has changed the course of everything and now it's all over and victory is confirmed. "
It is a shame this BB will end without seeing you come to terms with your inept analysis of this whole conflict, you should be embarrassed to have such a narrow view and so easily taken in.
There is a lot I could say about dividends but you seem to want a concise appraisal from people who have taken the time to read the company's published documents.
Why have you not kept up to date for yourself?
We have had numerous RNS's referring to dividends and in addition it is mentioned in all the presentations
The majority of Bulgarians either support Russia OR think that NATO expansion towards Russia was the main driver in creating this conflict.

If we are to get anywhere with this share the company MUST give shareholders correct information.
It is not good enough to say in January 150k invoiced and delivered for 2022 , then in July to say that of that 150k , 33k tons was NOT delivered.
Not only did they not meet the target for the year but they missed the target at a time they should have been pushing through the target.
I would also be interested in knowing what the following companies are costing us on a yearly basis , as some of HMI costs do seem high
Triumph Tin Mining Pty Limited
Lotus Mining Pty Limited
They are never mentioned and yet we are responsible for their liabilities.
So we went from this in the January RNS
FY 2022 invoiced sales to 150,422 tonnes
total sales orders received reaching 172,000 tonnes, of which 150,000 tonnes was "delivered" and invoiced
TO this in his total market interview yesterday
33k tons had been invoiced and paid for BUT not "delivered".
At the end of 2022
BM knew that 33k tons of the orders he was claiming had been forward ordered and that the sales for delivery during the year were only 117k , when you look at the buildup of sales during 2022.
March 22 rns
28 February 2022 totalled 30,161 tonnes
June 22 rns
Q2 2022 sales year-on-year to 47,339 tonnes
September 22 rns
2022 full year sales order target of 150,000 tonnes has been exceeded - sales orders total 153,074 tonnes
During Q3 2022 the Company recorded sales orders totalling 32,676
January 23 rns
Total sales orders received for 2022 was 172,000 tonnes
FY 2022 invoiced sales to 150,422 tonnes
total sales orders received reaching 172,000 tonnes, of which 150,000 tonnes was delivered and invoiced
2023 july- 2022 final results
2022 saw operations accelerate at Arapua resulting in total sales of 150,000 tonnes of its organic fertilizer, KP Fértil®, which included 33,000 tonnes of advanced sales that had been invoiced but did not meet the definition of revenue in the year under accounting standards.
--------------
So in one RNS we have 150,000 tons delivered and invoiced - I believe the reason he gave for 33k not being revenue was that it had not been delivered , but in Jan 23 RNS he says " total sales orders received reaching 172,000 tonnes, of which 150,000 tonnes was delivered and invoiced "
We now have to figures to consider
172k total sales orders minus 150k = 22k passing to 2023
and the 33k which now is not revenue for 2022 (out of the 150k)
The figures being presented are a shambles and also introduce further ambiguity by using the terms 'sales' and sales orders' which further complicates this already complicated way of explaining how the company is performing.
Accordingly, a total sales volume of 117,000 tonnes of KP Fértil® has been recorded for the year an increase of 38% on the 85,030 tonnes sold in 2021
Lots of room for further ambiguity when the give the next sales orders , with it include or exclude the 33k
