Well in April 2022 they should not have been sending quotes for 10 tons for 1650 BRL when we had all been led to believe we were selling for over 200 BRL

I was extremely fortunate here in that I asked someone I knew to obtain a quote for KP fertil when we were supposed to be selling for well over 20 BRL

The quote came back at about 170 BRL

This spooked me so I sold the majority at about 16p and just traded after that on swings

If I were thinking about buying, which I am not.

It would not give me any confidence seeing him discount his placing from 2P TO 1P

What happens when the next lump of directors fees are large enough for another placing.

This is not completely a surprise and he really wants the company back and I think this is now his goal.

Over many decades I have seen the likes of brent in many guises and they are the dregs of the trading world.

They seek to shake out weaker holders for their own gain, be it shorting or trading the pennies.

Me too with the times each day and IC arriving on a Friday.

I never liked the sidetracking to lithium here and would have preferred a focus on gold, and paying down debt. In fact I sold upon the lithium announcement

I am out for the moment, until there is clarity, if that is possible with HMI.

The RNS system is meant to be specific about the financial state of a company, but HMI via RNS, leave more questions almost every time, with their chopping and changing of how they report orders.

Even when they do report a delivered order, it gets reversed, as in last year's accounts, and it was a significant sum.

There were also orders from last year not delivered, again a significant amount, and they have just disappeared.

I suspect I will not buy in here again, but I am watching with interest.
