Yes I was sucked in by what looked like excellent growth prospects but was very lucky when friend got a real quote a few years ago, for fertiliser from HMI, which was a lot less than what we on here thought we were selling for.

This has gone from what looked like a good opportunity a few years agio to one that looks like dilution that makes the 189M shareholders a minority by a long way given how long this could take to get back into profit.

Next placing if they do one will be 200 million at least I would have thought

My money is on a few placings to boost director holdings using their fees converted and then maybe go private.

Just over 1% of shares traded today with a bias on the sell side so no great sell off

Equally, no buyers at this point are stepping in to take the small sales level.

Understandably people wait for a bargain and then step in.

Ramp up has been terrible and actions are now being taken eventually to push the company forward with commercial production due in the coming quarter.

I am not 100% happy but am holding tight as I thinkj we are rewady to turn the corner.

People can always highlight all past let downs, which is valid and part of the trading environment.

Mcmaster of vagueness can increase his holding substantially only with a placing at this level.

If he tried to buy that amount the SP would rise accordingly, but with a placing or placings he can effectively make the original 100% a small part of the total.

I expect more placings , vagueness and lack of movement until he all but owns the lot.

I will not buy in as the 1p placing for on hold fees was a huge message

I wish you well but be careful as more placings could ignorantly enhance his percentage holding at this level, and he did say when the market cap was 9 million, that he would buy company if he had 9 million
