If you convert your holdings into certificated paper from, then in order to receive dividends you would need to either:
1. Register with AIX registrar directly through their portal (Please note – Portal will be launched in early June, shortly after the re-domiciliation General meeting, which will be held on May 30th)
2. Register with the Tabys app. Registration instructions are available here: https://www.polymetalinternational.com/files/en/Tabys_guide.pdf
In both options you will be required to go through simple KYC + AML process and add your bank details, which will be used for future dividend distributions.
Yes , some of my isa cost me 3p , others it was a nice timing
" Hence the cost of a 5p spread. "
depends also on your timing
Maybe it applies to new applications as they have seen influx and decided extra workload for certs is not a great earner for them. Guy posted on T Gram said he was told this yesterday
The faster option out of HL (depending on people's funds) is to time a buy/sell so that you have POLY in ii
I did this, and sold down my POLY in sipp some time ago when redom was looking very likely.
Someone on Poly Telegram said
ii isn't allowing transfer of Poly share into ii anymore according to their customer support, I asked them this afternoon.
Hope it all goes smoothly for you.
Transfer request to broker ii and ask them what information they require Nominee account , name held etc
ii will most likely know HL's details as others are doing this but will tell you if they need you to supply info
You just get this info from HL
I read also that tabys were also working on a digital transfer method but this is not ready yet
Not looked into HL at all as that was where my sipp was but not with any POLY
Are they not allowing transfer to other broker? but no paper certs
Well from that point you can transfer to a broker , this option is only for people who want to stow away for dividend and voting. But you will have the option to move shares to a broker once in your name on AIX.
They said in the presentation that they want to return to what they have been known for , stable and substantial dividends.
In both options you will be required to go through simple KYC + AML process and add your bank details, which will be used for future dividend distributions.
If you will decide not to register with any of the above mentioned options, then your shares will be places in an “escrow” account until you complete the registration. Shareholders with holdings within an “escrow” account will not have access to voting and dividend distributions.
DC - have two options

We really should feel humbled that dogface has given his time on the POLY board when he obviously has bigger fish to fry with his biggest investment UOG.L if you go by his posting level.
I know he will be wanting to get back to the UOG.L board and discuss the company with the posters on that board.
They are talking big bucks there with a nav of $0.03 and a massive market cap of 9.6 million.
The guy obviously knows a winner with UOG.L , so pay him some respect.

I think market depth at the moment is dire , but this should improve after the move and the shares start to settle down
