I certainly think that the SP volatility will continue but we are I think at the low range currently and the next move is more likely to be back towards 600p unless the macro pushes the SP lower. If that happens other FTSE100 companies will also fall in value. Therefore, I don't think OCDO will drop out the FTSE100.

Well the acid test will be how quickly capacity is filled in the areas that are over serviced at the moment.

They can easily fill in Scotland at any time because one CFC will be sufficient to do all the potential market area i.e. the Central Lowlands.

They are actually giving better value on basics anyway with their own branded range - its there for those that want it.

Clearly the big 4 won't be pushing home delivery now - its just an extra cost to them and picking clogs up their stores.

Then when the economy does recover and customers start to spend more, Ocado will be ideally placed as the go to grocery retailer for home delivery with a much higher share of the home delivery market for main shop and Zoom.
