I think that you will find that the purpose of the new wells is to maintain production levels in the future - not to increase production now - AK is more or less running at full capacity.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I would guess there is still work to do on the undersea infrastructure so it could be the autumn before everything is fully functional.
Maybe AK may even have some downtime while things are sorted and other maintenance is undertaken - that seems to be the normal pattern of events during the summer.

One bit of good news for investors here is that IPO increased their stake in ITX as a result of an accelerated book build.
Itoconix has real potential, after a very protracted growth period things are really starting to happen in terms of commercialisation. The company is extremely well run and has a low cost base. Todays fund raising was over subscribed at just a 15% discount from yesterdays SP.

Yes, correct - Trump imposing EU sanctions + Trump's failure to control Coronavirus in the US = financial pain.

Presumably one aim of his EU sanctions is to make him look good with his bigoted supporters and the another is to deflect criticism of his pathetic handling of the corvid crisis.

While there is no actual indication that we will get a second wave in the UK and Europe - just fears by medical experts - I guess their intention is to keep us vigilant.
The situation in the US is far worst in some parts - especially the South and West - it does now seem likely that they will be forced back into lockdown.
The effect of this is difficult predict hence the market fears and drop this morning.
