An interesting aside to that is the use of cash.
Many retailers, including me, have now stopped accepting cash because of handling concerns but I think this may become permanent if we can get away with it.
Cash is such a hassle to handle regarding security, trips to the Bank and accounting that I think for the few customers we may upset it will be worthwhile just accepting electronic payment especially with the new £45 contactless limit.

A sell judgement is a bit harsh based on your analysis - ITM certainly was over brought before the last results came out but now it becomes a macro issue if that is still the case.

What really maters to long term holders now is how successful the company will be in attracting orders to sustain the new factory. Judgement on ITM should be based on this issue - personally I am still unsure.

Loosing Waitrose customers is a bit of a red herring.
The demand for online grocery shopping is so great now that any customers lost will very quickly be replaced.
It could actually be a benefit because more loyal M&S customers could quickly get an online account.
Also I guess Waitrose are probably operating at more or less full capacity anyway so customers may not find they can easily switch.
