Its probably necessary to understand what Eqtec and KIBO will be contributing to the project.
The RNS talks about invoicing development costs - good profit here I guess.
After that it seems that Eqtec will have a supervisory role - presumably to make sure the structures and layout of the development are correct and that the plant supplied is properly constructed.
Then finally a maintenance contract.
So presumably KIBO will actually be developing the site, constructing the plant and providing most of the labour, hence the 55% share.
Personally, I would settle for the 45% share, just for the development plan, tech supply and maintenance.
