A large bid for Scancell is definitely a possibility in the future but let’s keep it to a realistic timeframe.
A complete and successful Phase 3 Registration Trial should trigger a bid from BMS to own iSCIB+ and possibly the whole Immunobody platform.
That is in 2 years from now, late 2026 / early 2027.
What we want is a partnership deal for the SCOPE trial that boosts the coffers and pushes the share price towards the 60p to 80p range.
The fact that GenMab may take our Antibody target into a Ph1 Trial next year has the potential to increase the SP. Plus they have discussed taking on another.
The 7 month Exclusivity Deal with an unspecified USA Large Pharma also has the possibility of a new major deal being signed Q1 2025.
Oh, and then there is Modi1 Mono, Modi1 plus Single CPI, Modi1 Neo-Adjuvant and Modi1 plus Double CPI all to report, hopefully in 2024.
We don’t need a buyout to reach £1.00 a share just a run of bigger and better news.
It’s all laid out in front of us.
