That was my main point in asking those questions.

If the data for 11 or 13 patients is known, would that constitute ‘Material Information’.

I think it would because it is of major importance to us shareholders. If it’s held back it means that a select few hold information that would be critical to the future direction and progress of the company.

Even if the iSCIB+ initial results are not as good as the original SCIB1 results I still think we should be informed.

It is an open label trial that’s why we had an early heads up on the SCIB1 results.

Totally up to Scancell.

Just a reminder that based on the information we have been given from Scancell the number of patients receiving iSCIB+ that have reached their 13 week scans will be a minimum of 10 patients.

Probably more.

This means that they know exactly how well the new epitopes combined with AvidiMab have performed so they can compare directly against SCIB1.

Should we be told about those results ?

Would the knowledge of how these results have turned out be of material interest to us investors?

Given that information was shared about 9 from 11 patients followed very quickly by 11 from 13 SCIB1 results why not also update the market with a similar iSCIB+ RNS ?

Matt totally agree that it would be brilliant if they start to ‘shout from the rooftops’ as Lindy said at the 2022 AGM.

‘I’ve tried to consider why they would do a ‘fund raise’ now and the only conclusion is that the performance of SCIB1 must have declined as the number of patients went up. The ORR slipping to the low 70’s% and the shine wearing off in the eyes of any signed up NDA potential suitors. In this scenario an early raise would be best to gather up more funds while there is still optimism and demand for the stock, pre-data read outs. That will ensure the wheels can still roll forward’.

However, all that just said doesn’t fit with the rhetoric implied in the last set of RNS’s. Also, Why would we have just signed up a very well respected commercial director and why is the recently lorded CAB littered with such highly acclaimed oncologists. Are they all fools ?

I think the Year End is just early. It means they can get on with preparing the Q4 data releases with the accounts and the ensuing presentation out of the way.

I hope next Tuesday we have some indications in the text of the accounts as to how Scancell view the immediate future, usually disclosed as part of the Chairman’s report.

A bit of positive Modi1 data thrown in would be very welcome.

Yes, they can do anything they like.

The debate is ‘why would they raise funds now’. That would not be sensible as they currently have enough cash until mid 2025 and the trial results ( you would presume) will create positivity in the share price, ensuring that any raise ‘if needed’ would cause much less dilution than doing it now.

To be honest, if the ORR for both SCIB1 and iSCIB+ are held well above 70% I would be very surprised if a partnership could not be negotiated, in fact I would be shocked.

Again, raise funds if needed after any such agreement is announced.

Why do a fund raise weeks before you are going to reveal how well your trials are doing ?

That just doesn’t fit.

The Year End accounts are ready earlier than the last few years, which is good. So what’s the drama.

If Scancell need to raise funds to do the Registration Trial then let’s get to the point where that trial has been confirmed by the release of the full iSCIB+ trial results that show they are both positive and have a worthy ORR.

Raising now would be like seeking planning permission before buying the land.

We have been advised on many occasions that the SCIB1 data will not ‘read out’ until Q4/24 and iSCIB+ not until Q1/25.

So we should not expect any Immunobody trial news next Tuesday. There is the possibility of an update on some elements of the ModiFY trial. 🤞

The interesting part of the report will be the ‘Forward Looking’ section, as in ‘what is expected in 2025’.

Great that it is early this year as it clears away a lot of ‘what ifs’ as we move into Q4.

Another way of looking at these facts.

We only have either 4 weeks or 6 weeks before knowing what size Christmas Turkey we need to order.

Just read that article and it shows just how far we have come in the understanding and treatment of cancer in general.

Nearly 400 patients in that study and 52% survived to 10 years. So there is still a great need to help those patients where checkpoints just don’t work.

SCIB1 can take that to roughly 80% based on our current data sec how iSCIB+ improves that number is yet to be determined.

You would think that BMS would jump at the chance to improve their results to 80% or even higher by combining with our immunobody platform.

That would mean 320 out of 400 survive rather than 208. Let’s hope that’s exactly what the data for SCIB1 says and then iSCIB+ improves that number still further.

By the 4th December Scancell will have started the uncloaking of Modi1, SCIB1 and possibly early iSCIB+. This award is judged over a persons long career assessing their tenacity, dedication and vision.

Proof that these qualities are now producing ground breaking cancer treatments would push our CEO even closer to the top of the list.

Early October we should be advised of when the year end report will be released.

That would be a perfect time to start releasing data from Modi1 and SCIB1.

Update on ModiFY Trial

Very end of the RNS :

“The Company expects early clinical data from patients treated with Modi-1 plus CPIs later this year”.

Other than being told previously that it would be Q3/24.

For it mean Q3 or Q4, we wait to find out .

In reaching 50p it will mean that Scancell’s science has been validated and the data from the trials has attracted major interest.

My point being that once there, as long as it’s in 2025 and not 2035, the only direction for the SP would be up with so much yet to come, so the decision to sell would be tempered by how the future looked at that point.

It would be difficult to decide but what a joyful prospect.

Chillpill1 correct, ‘traders’ is a much better way of explaining their potential to panic.

The Market Makers must a ‘play book’ that has been developed over the years. They have used every trick in that book to confuse and misdirect any Scancell investor that is a bit twitchy.

That posting of a trade dated previously is a great way of implicating that the SP is heading down. Eventually you automatically check the time stamp and then go back and look what the trading was at that time on that day. That usually helps to see if it was a buy or a sell. On this occasion, a sell.

It would be great to see some positive news this week, not an imperative but it would be a welcome sight all the same.

What is important is how well the trials are doing and are there any deep meaningful discussions going on with a sizeable pharma or biotech company.

We know that venture capitalist and some institutions will be tempted to accumulate Scancell stock if whispers reach their ears that this new technology is on the cusp of being fully proven.

What matters is that SCIB1 or iSCIB+ excel in the attainment of an ORR above 70% and that leads to funds arriving in the form of a partnership or deal.

My wish would be BMS in partnership to fund both the SCOPE Registration Trial and also enabling Scancell to get on with Modi1, Modi2 and SC134 in the clinic.

GenMab have licensed our GlyMab SC129 - Pancreatic cancer

Targeting - Sialyl-di-Lewis

The RNS 22nd October did not state which GlyMab Antibody or which therapies GenMab were going to target. Potentially there are three pathways that GenMab can persue. I think that is the first time we have been told directly that they are pursuing an ADC.

Scancell excel when it comes to 'Binding with a Target' so GenMab are using our Antibody as the drivetrian which is linked to the payload designed by GenMab. The stronger the Bond the more effective the payload will be and more impressed GenMab will be.

They are obviously very impressed so far.
