If you mean Martin Diggle I met him at the 2022 AGM and he was steadfast in his support for Scancell. Even back then he said it could be the best investment they have ever made.

The AIM platform is such a weird place.

We’ve had nothing but good news from Scancell. Whether it’s $1M for an exclusive peek at one of our Mabs or the several high calibre appointments in 2024 or the ongoing positivity of how the trials are progressing towards commercialism.

It’s seems ridiculous to me that 24 hours from a very important AGM someone can hoover up a quarter of a million shares at 14.38p when only two months ago someone was buying 500k chunks of said shares at Cica 19p.

Warren Buffet said “the stock market exists to transfer wealth from the impatient to the patient “.

If they are going to need funding for the Reg Trial I would expect the new CEO to be central and therefore it will be after the full readout of iSCIB+. So next March / April.

My hope is that BMS join the Reg Trial but even so we may need some cash to further develop Modi1.

Are you referring to the change in wording at the recent conference in Switzerland between LD's and Samantha Pastons presentation titles.

'85% ORR' substituted to 'in the majority'.

I've pondered on the distinction between those two descriptions.

It seems on the surface to suggest that as the number of scans increased the ORR percentage has come down but that shouldn't be a surprise this early in a treatment regime, should it ?

Have to agree that the ModiFY trial needs to move into Modi1 plus double checkpoints.

The issue is that the cancer targets in our trial don't all have double checkpoints as a standard of care. We do have approval to move to 1st line treatment in RCC but we are at a very early stage in that cohort.

The results where we have combined Modi with Keytruda have produced stable results but not 'hit it out of the park' results.

My hope is that BMS are impressed with our SCIB1 results and join us for the Registration Trial, from there we can hopefully afford to push Modi1 into cohorts using double checkpoints, probably with BMS.

The AGM is the one major time in the year where shareholders can ask fundamental questions. We may not always get the answer we want but good questions do usually reveal some truths.

Well worth being present if you can commit the to the travelling time.

Lindy did say there are 4 patients on the RCC plus double checkpoint cohort but didn't say that any of them had received their first dose.

I'm still wondering if that cohort is just about to get underway.

There was one thing, when Lindy mentioned there were 36 patients now on the SCIB1 trial, she didn't say Enrolled but used another term that gave me the impression that they have all been immunised.

Can anyone else recall what that term was ?

That report could land on any day and the AIM reaction would be the same. Sell on News.

What is important is Lindy and Sath’s presentation attended by analysts later today.

In that format the company lays out what they see as ‘Future Prospects’ for the company and the questions will all be about the trials going forward and how they intend to finance the Reg Trial which could enrol up to 300 patients.

Let’s wait to hear how those questions are answered before getting concerned about a few traders selling up.

Clearly very confident of progressing to the SCOPE Registration Trial. This is a pretty standard Year End Report but evident that both trials are proceeding in a very positive way.

Gives a strong platform for the Analyst’s Presentation this afternoon.

I would think that the Questions will be from the invited Analyst's.

On the Scancell Website issue, I think that the presentation will be put up after the event.

That's how I read it.

I really understand that way of looking at when data should be released. The early SCIB1 results were released for a reason and that was because the ORR was significantly higher than had been anticipated and therefore became of Material important.

If iSCIB+ has hit over 80% ORR would that not warrant an RNS ?
