I did say “if Illumina are serious”.

The reasoning being ‘why did they commit to that WebiNar presentation’ ?

It is not done in isolation so it must mean that they are genuinely excited by the prospects of this new Dual Analysis.

A company that size knows what it’s doing and will not waste their clients time or their employees time on anything whimsical.

A tie up is coming and I would judge it to be quite soon.

EmeraldCarrots you make a very good point regarding other potential ctDna clients.

If Illumina are serious ( and that webinar tells me that they are ) they will want a tie up with Angle and not just act as a free publicity machine.

I am expecting an RNS inside 4 weeks with an outline of an Illumina Partnership or a fully signed up Partnership.

Illumina know they are onto a winner. That webinar is just the beginning of their sales pitch to all their clients. With additional cancer analysis in the pipeline.

They also know that this is exactly what their clients need, plus so do all their competitors clients.

I wasn’t saying all the data just enough strong positive data that reassured a potential buyer that the Phase 3 part of our trials would ‘in all probability’ mean a commercial outcome.

In the main my comments are honed in on the SCOPE trial. We will know where that trial is heading with the full data for Cohorts 2 and 3 in July / August and the early ORR scan data from cohort 4 ( hopefully around the same time ). That should be enough data to decide which iSCIB+ version is best going forward. A date could be set for the Reg Trial and who wants to partner up.

What I’m am waiting for with great anticipation is the Modi1 plus CPI’s in Renal Cell. If that goes well or similar to the SCIB1 results it opens up great possibilities for the ModiFY trial. Success in late stage solid cancer, now that would stir up the oncology world.

That’s quite a leap from where we are. Data is of paramount importance. No large pharmaceutical company is going to buy Scancell until those data sets have been collated, verified, published and it all indicates that in Unresectable Melanoma SCIB1 or iSCIB+ is commercially viable. That probably means passing the Registration Trial.

Partnership for the SCOPE Reg Trial September / October is a possibility but anything else is wishful thinking in my opinion.

I think we have discovered in the ModiFY Trial that in stage 3 / 4 solid tumours ModiTope cannot infiltrate well enough on its own. How many cells are there in a large bulky tumour, hundreds of millions or billions.

I have no idea, what we do know is that in one dose of Modi1 the ‘T’ Cells with the highest chance of being effective are nowhere near those kind of numbers.

ModiTope needs the checkpoint inhibitors to open up the tumours defences and weaken it.

To be effective in stage 3 / 4 tumours we need the combination of double checkpoints and several doses of Modi1. First to gain control, then to stabilise, then to win the race of Modi1 ‘T’ Cells out pacing the growth of new tumour cells. The final act, to overwhelm the tumour and kill it.

There is good reason to believe that Modi1 could control and destroy very early cancer tumours on its own. Hopefully one day we will find out.

There were 4 months of absolute quiet so I would guess a strategy has already been thrashed out.

The webinar being devoted to this new dual analysis has not come about because they think it could be fun it’s the first salvo in a very important tie up.

How the two companies have layered the legal framework to protect their own self interests is yet to be revealed.

I would imagine it’s being finalised and won’t be very long before we know.

Another fantastic opportunity for Angle but as shareholders we need a good size commercial deal to land sooner than later.

The 275,000 definitely a sell but the 100k was most certainly a buy, just by checking the spread at the time and the buys / sells around it.

We have had many periods of time where the share price has been held in a smallish range. The MM's can control the sp with subtle, or if needed, aggressive spreads. At the moment they are happy to keep dropping the price because they know sentiment is low. They make the most of these situations.

There has also been the relentless off-loading of shares by '?', but we think it must be Caculus Capital. This has really shook the confidence of private shareholders. It is such a pity that one Institutional Investor can undermine confidence to the point that people sell at 9p and below.

Nothing is guaranteed, I just look at the progress in the trials so far and the lives that are being improved. Plus so many more that will be saved once Scancell's cancer Vaccine platforms are approved.

Hold on tight is my only advice and wait for the SCIB1 and the iSCIB+ cohorts 3 and 4 data has all landed, before chucking in the towel. Early data from the Modi1 + double checkpoint could also be a game changer.

I am surprised that anyone would willingly give up their Scancell shares for 8.76p.

We have had nothing but progress at every update on two trials, we have top hospitals and the best clinicians running our trial centres and we have a very impressive 72% ORR in stage 3 & 4 Melanoma Cancers.

News could arrive at any time about GenMab, GlyMabs, AvidiMab, the ModiFy trial in Renal Cell Carcinoma or NeoAdjuvant and Lindy's favourite, 'left field'.

Crazy price to take but it warms the hearts of the market makers because they love it when the weak give up without a fight.

You are so negative, why bother wasting your time if you feel so bad about Scancell as an investment. Forever picking at the edges of what’s what.

I think we are all waiting for the 2025 turnaround and I for one will still be here in August/ September to see the data.

I invested in Angle during the 12 month run up to the FDA approval but eventually came out when the SP retreated back to 45p. What brought me back was the tie up with AstraZeneca and Eisei.

The revelation that Angle have been working closely with Illumina for six months, is on its own, very good news. Add in the fact that one of the Worlds biggest companies in Blood Biopsies would assign their upcoming Webinar over to present and discuss the Illumina / Angle ctDNA and CTC combination analysis, is fantastic news.

I think we will know how important this news is when the market opens tomorrow and the share price reaction post Webinar on Friday.

I made my first investment in Scancell solely because of Moditope. To me the SCOPE trial and the Immunobody platform were secondary considerations. It now provides the means to progress the Modify Trial.

I’m sure that those in charge of Scancell understand all of your concerns and they are conducting the SCOPE trial to extract the best possible outcome from those circumstances you state.

You are obviously diligent and knowledgeable but seem unable to credit the broad team at Scancell with any intellectual substance.

So explain to why

I am genuinely fascinated by what comes after that presentation. It should be received very positively by the Illumina clients because it adds clinical value and could translate to an increase in positive patient outcomes. Illumina obviously think so.

Surely this has to lead directly to ( at the very minimum) a signed collaboration.
