Totally against these Vulpes share sales at this moment in time but just wanted to point out the following facts about their investment. It may provide some light on these two sells.

13th June 2019
Scancell raise £3,877,965.55 from the investment by Vulpes Life Science Fund. Total share of 77,559,311

17th December 2019 'Director Dealings'
Statement " A person closely associated with Martin Diggle"
Purchased 2,925,000 shares at 5.2p

My only point being that this second purchase was not part of the original investment. Could it be that they are selling those shares to raise internal capital for Vulpes.

Please understand I do not countenance those sales just trying to reason that it's not the shares bought I the original contract.

That was petty thorough and straight to the point.

I've done my share of research on the other stocks that I'm in, like TRX where circumstances have overtaken the managements ambition but the underlying business is still sound.
I took note of Alien Metals some 12 months ago and followed the ticker but didn't do any research just watched with interest.

When I saw the share price at a this low point I wondered if it was just the CV-19 pandemic that had pulled the business down but it doesn't seem so.
Reading some of the comments on here and the recent dilution that's just happened it points to the company being overstretched and short on cash.

With such a simple skimming of the surface I may have been picking up on all the wrong vibes and wanted a long term holders view of why the company is where it is and why the last fund raise was at a discount.

So thank you for your response and I do hope you are willing to fill in the blanks.

It's not exactly a life changing amount.
Just shows how tight things have become due to CV-19, if someone at Vulpes, just as there is a chance that the SP is going north, has to pull in some cash to pay the bill's.

They paid 5p so not a huge amount of profit after fees and taxes.

The Newcrest share price is well off the recent lows but SB will still be talking to his own Institutional shareholders and for ensuring maximum confidence in his leadership, highlighting all the positives at Havieron will be a sure way to rally the troops.

Lets hope he spills all the good stuff...........

People just don't get Scancells science. Neither would I without the input of Inanaco, Crumbs, Roses, Ray, Ivy, Boom ect ect
plus all the other long term posters.

I just don't think that the wider world understands any of Scancells technology.

Other companies with far less to offer have been heralded as the CV-19 'Knights in Shining Armour'.
What our share needs is that next RNS where they outline the key proposals to obtain the funding.

They will already have a very good idea where that funding, can possibly, come from.

I've not posted on here for while but I do still read all the posts.

Just a point because I was in the exact same position.
I held 2,100,100 shares and consolidation was 50 to 1.
I ended up with 42,000 shares and for a short while they went up to I think £1.85 / share, so I was a very happy chappy.

I'm just pointing out that you must of had 40,000 shares at that time.

I sold out completely after the shambles in February but now have a very small holding awaiting the next news, hopefully positive.

I wonder if Scancell would apply, that would be amazing if the Gates Foundation stepped up and backed the Poundland Bio.

I am already feeling the excitement at the prospects of all the new core data.

Newcrest and GGP already know the minimum size of the mineralisation and roughly how many millions of ounces are destined to travel to Telfer.
If they confirm that 10 rigs are running we know that that number is way past 10 million. If they say that Hav is still open to the North, the South West and at depth we know it's way past 15 million.

Oh! and the grades, that's going to be extremely interesting, my calculator will be at my side because that could be very significant .

After this weeks announcements we can look forward to Numis revamping their 6p a share drivel.

Then there is the presentation on the 6th May, by which time PaddySat will show that we've stepped out even further.

I know we're living through some bad times but thank goodness for the share that just keeps giving......GGP

From where does that thought process begin? It's just downright disrespectful to the whole of the Scancell management.

Some really good debates on here today, it's like the good old days....

Just wanted to point out that again Scancell are depicted by some as not having a clear view of business.

Of course they have spoken about where there is possibility of funding.
Of course they are already weeks into the development of their potential platform.
Of course they have started modelling with the help and advise of both Nottingham Universities.

For the uninitiated our CSO Proff Lindy Durrant has a direct line to the top management of large Bios like, Genentech, BioNtech, ISA Pharmacuticals.
She also has connections with major institutes like the Karolinska Institute in Sweden.

So to conjecture on here that they haven't got a clue where the funding can be acquired shows a distinct lack of understanding and disrespect to our board.

Maybe they are on the streets of Oxford and Nottingham with a cap on the ground playing harmonicas.....

I am very interested in putting some hard earned investment into here.

At this point I don't understand what the turning point is for the company.

I've read on here that some think it's a bit of a ride for the management and it will all end in tears, but that they have some really good assets with excellent potential returns.

Then there is money and when will the company will need some more.

Can anyone please cover the above points from a private investors 'eye view'.

If you check my profile you'll see I don't do half measures and like to understand what the potential truly is before investing.

Would really appreciate some input from any LTH of Alien Metals.

When that "funding sorted" RNS lands it will be a fantastic day. All that is keeping the SP pinned so low is the worry that the investment doee not happen.

Also, we currently have a complicated situation with our Institutional Investors mainly due to the demise of the Woodford funds.
Once that is all unravelled and the new funds / maybe investors are in place I could see the Market Cap easily reaching £100m based on the current number of issued shares ( 1,172m ).

Once the second unit in San Antonio is fully functional and sales begin to accelerate we could be heading towards £200m MCap.

Such huge potential, once it's all been sorted. That will be a very good day for those invested in TRX.
