Should be 'expansive growth' not sure if that was me or the dreaded predictive text......

I'm as frustrated as anyone at the .25p placing, what I would have wished was half the number of shares at .5p that would have felt acceptable.

Just two comments on the allowing of the directors to take part after the placing is voted through.

A) The £620,000 cost to the directors goes directly into the companys bank account.

B) They then have to ensure the success of the business to benefit from this low share price.

We have no idea of how easy or difficult it has been to ensure that the Institutional Investors took part in this placing. Especially those that already had a big chunk of capital locked into TRX at much higher placing costs.

We will have to gauge the BODs performance on where we are in two years time. I expect a minimum of 40% to 50% growth in the next year taking full year 2021 to £25/28m. The idea of listing on the US market combined with a consolidation of 100-1 will all be very successful if the company is making expensive growth. So we do need all the directors fully engaged in this process as we go forward.

Last year it was announced early June and then the AGM was late June.

They must have thought through when to do the placing, when to have it voted on and when to have the AGM.
I surpose we should expect an RNS on Tuesday.

I know when we invest in the secondary market we are always at the mercy of how well the company conserves the money gained from a placing. I knew when I bought more shares last November that TRX needed a good chunk of financing. The bitter pill was that discount to the current share price, ouch...!!

I surpose as they were organising this placement the price was floating around .6p to .7p, it was only the 'Global Deal' RNS that pushed the price higher.

Anyone who has just bought TRX for the first time at .25p have done very very well. I've been saying for a long time that a fully funded TRX will just go from strength to strength these next 2 to 5 years.

Also, the share price should recover very quickly even with 7 billion shares in issue.

£60m MCap is very achievable once the company announces that they have made breakeven. If that happens in 2021 it depends on what that turnover is. If it's £24m with strong projections for 2022 then the price will exceed 1p.

Must admit now I've digested the news I understand why they RNS'ed the global deal last week, it allowed everyone to value this fundraiser because they shone a light on the future wellbeing of the company.

The financial structural problems left by Woodfords demise probably caused all the decline in the price and the BOD had to dig themselves out of a financial blackhole.

Once this placing has been voted through Tissue Regenix will be fully whole and able to concentrate efforts on building a £200m MCap company.

Last word, they do have an awesome lineup of products and a deep potential pipeline.

Funny to relate....

If we did achieve £15m profit in 2023 there will be approximately 5,972,000,000 shares so that equates to an earning per share of 0.25p.

We always thought that a fully operational second facility would increase the sales. Considering that we might do £16m total turnover this year I would expect not to see an extra $40m of increased sales for two or three years.

That would project the group turnover to around £60m / £70m. So has to be 2023 + projection.

On current gross margin if maintained it would generate a healthy profit somewhere between £10 and £15m pa.

Very surprised and extremely subdued by the size of that discount.

I am also very disgusted by last weeks RNS which would seem was deliberately act, done to prime the share price.

But Why, we were at 0.7p and without the news of a @'Global Deal' the discount to 0.25p would have felt more acceptable.

Having speed read both of the RNS's am I right that the PrimaryBid is for all the 4,800,000,000 shares ( £12m ).
Plus there will be an Institutional placement as well ?

But it does show that there is plenty funding available to TRX outside of the punitive MidCap loan.

I do think the Year End accounts (due early June) will throw some light on the whole situation. I am hopeful that it is accompanied by an RNS on funding. What we are unaware of is just how clever the BOD are being about all these CV-19 Gov loans.

No, not heard anything about the UK.

I know there is a UK gov fund aimed at UK Small Biotech companies where they can apply for upto £5m in funding but it must be match £1 for £1 by private funding. So raising £5m from a placement could result in a £10 bank balance. Depends on the terms of the UK loans.

I'll see if I can find more details and post them up.

Totally agree, this top 10 global company will not launch a new product with a manufacturing partner that is in danger of going out of business or being sold to the highest bidder.

An important point is that their respective R&D departments have been working on this new product for some time, so you would expect them to have intimate knowledge of TRX's finance position. You can imagine that the close relationship between the two teams meant open and frank discussions about how TRX were doing.

Also a very good point by yourself about when the funding will be activated in light of the USA CV-19 business loans.
TRX may want to wait until they have fulfilled all requirements where they do not need to repay any of that money.

Here's an interesting idea.
What if Link have a change of mind, seeing improved sales, progress on manufacturing and a two year tie up with Big Pharma Co.

How would that boost the SP if we saw the RNS on Funding Sorted plus a statement from Link saying they will be be staying put.

Just my musings but Link are there to make money from their investments. They may well see TRX in a different light.

A fully funded TRX is probably worth a minimum MCap of £40m but how quickly it rises will be all to do with the funding details and how positively the CEO lays it out.

Most on here would not be surprised at 2.5p to 3.0p within a couple of weeks of that positive news.
As has been said on here a few times, the company is not going to tie up a 2 year deal with a top 10 Orthopeadics supply company if they are not able to demonstrate how they intend to be around during those two years.

I personally think it was a signal that the funding is 99% sorted.

If the AGM is at the end of June like last year, we only have two more weeks to wait for the 2019 Year End Report.

Usually any relevent news and updates are incorporated into that report including 'forward looking statements'.

There is always the chance of a separate RNS but if nothing turns up beforehand, it will be in that year end report.

3 decent purchases at 1.08p just before the close. Very content to finish strongly and over 1p.

We can now all have a restful weekend not thinking about our shares and not thinking about the various possibilities that may or may not happen at some point in the not to distant future.

And wake up refreshed on Monday morning, checking the phone at 6.59am to see if there is any chance of an RNS.......
