Those shares could very well be worth 10p each inside 12 months.
That means reaching £117m MCap which is very achievable as the manufacturing and sells expand rapidly.

Its very plausible to now say that the finance will be resolved quite soon,
'because today's RNS is telling a much bigger story'.

So hold tight and enjoy your profits when they start to arrive. The bus is on its way.....

Afternoon Stu of the T and KJM,

We are invested in a company currently valued at £8m.

CellRight's business, plant and machinery, US regulated IP and Patents is ( by any modest valuations ) worth $20m probably more. Then add to the mix Tissue Regenix and all of the IP plus Regulation Approvals.

My position is that the bare bones of the company ( less any outstanding debts ) is 3 to 4 times the current MCap.
Funding that allows the company to move forward and grow is like a huge 'Golden Key'.

As a non geologist that was an excellent tutorial of how and why Havieron is so full of potential.

I've always wondered why Gervise Heddle was so excited by the gold found in the Breccia's.

You highlight in your presentation that the Breccia at Telfer are full of mineralisation and the same thing at Havieron, may I ask if what you are saying that this is not normally the case ?
And,
Is there anything unique we can say has happened at Telfer and Havieron to give the Breccias these good grades of mineralised gold?

I'm not 100% sure so someone can correct me if I'm wrong, the Martu people have given their blessing to the Havieron drilling site so NC can drill anywhere within that tenement outline. The lockdown is stopping any new drilling anywhere else in that area. Their main village is about 300 miles from Havieron and Scallywag.
Once the Australian government lift the movement ban the next thing needed is for a Elder to check the Scallywag area to make sure there that there are no areas that are sacred or of major importance to the Martu.

Also there was a hint or two on here that the indigenous peoples may send an elder over to give the ok to start drilling at Scallywag.

Once we get started we'll all be anticipating the first drill reports.

So many factors that will more the price upwards in the next 3 to 6 months.

The impatient will leave and the knowledgeable will stay put.

Reneuron is going to be one of those companies where the SP bumbles along the bottom of the graph for months and then starts to rise very quickly. Anyone looking at that graph in two years time will think "if only I'd have bought some shares while they were so cheap".

The platform of CTX is looking more and more like a major breakthrough in Stroke, they have promised full data in 2021.

The Retinitus Pigmentosa has already proved that amazing recovery of some sight can be made to patients who were going blind.

Exsomes drug delivery platform is now in four research collaborations, with the first agreement signed in Jan 2019.

The Fosun Pharma deal was very early but is a precursor to deals that will happen globally in the next 1 / 2 years.

I know this is a slow burn but when the deals start to happen they will be in quick succession and the SP will be far higher than today.

If my suggestion that the financial news will be announced prior to the AGM end of June, we have roughly six more weeks to stay patient.

Other than my belief in TRX being a good company to invest in that has great products, my position is that the funding will be resolved in a positive way, giving a successful long term future. Therefore I see the current price circa 0.7p as amazing value.

On the day the positive news is released the upside will be sharp and swift, so I've taken a positive position here on that basis.

Won't be everyone's choice as there are some 'unknowns' that need to be considered.

Final comment, a positive result on funding will give a minimum of a two or three fold return from todays price within a month to six weeks of that announcement.

I totally agree but I also think that the Scancell team have gained much experience in the last 4 years. Including the addition of some very key staff.

I'm quietly confident that enough has been hinted at, to mean funding is being sorted. I am also conscious that until it's a done deal it may not happen, so cautious optimism.......

Interesting point as to why Coronavirus and not work on other virus vaccines in the past.

I surpose with the SCIB and MODI platforms slowed or halted you could think they just thought 'our platforms may work on CV-19' let's take a look.
That's if you are cynical as to their motives.

Why not look at virus vaccines in the past, well the question rises, which one and preferably one that is not being pursued by Big Pharma. Unless there is a candidate that just screams out to be tackled, I just can't see why Scancell would deviate from their chosen Cancer Vaccine path.

This Coronavirus has changed the world and we now realise just how vulnerable we are to this type of threat.
So Lindy Durrant throws her vast experience at the problem and some on here say opportunist or why wasn't she focused on it in the past.

Very wrong and cynical in my view also smacks of owning 'large hindsight goggles'.

The SP will be manipulated while we are in the news but not funded.

As soon as that RNS arrives they won't be able to play their games so easily.

A tie up with the likes of Genentech Roche would be fantastic but I'm pinning my hopes on a mixed fund of Government + Private.

The Gates Foundation would also be very acceptable.

All of us LTH (I'm a junior being only from 2014) have had these "this is the one" moments a couple of times only to have our hopes dashed.

But this does feel like the real deal.

A fantastic opportunity to bring the science out of the lab and into the real world. The news of the extra UK sites for the SCIB1/ Combi trial is also fantastic to hear.

In the words of the Great Bard himself, "Oh Fundio, oh Fundio where fore art thou dearest Fundio"

New deals or progress are not a normal part of this report but it's been a while so if we are lucky we could get some progress on RP, CTX or Exsomes. Can but hope..

The AGM was on the 27th June last year so we can be fairly certain it will be around that same date this year.

It would be very surprising if funding isn't announced at or before the AGM.
If a deal has not been finalised a clarification of the companies ongoing financial position would have to be in the details of 2020/21 budgets and direction of growth.

So my instinct is that a decision on the type of funding and from where the new CEO has brokered a deal, will be announced at or before June's AGM.
